This was a wonderful experience! Dr. Marina was fantastic -- sweet & gentle. Efficient and friendly. Tracy, the hygienist was so bubbly and talkative and engaging with the kids! My 5yr old was was relaxed and actually laughing during the x-rays and cleaning.

Tracy & Dr Marina are truly amazing! They take the time to interact with your child to make them feel safe and comfortable! Which is huge for me since my daughter is afraid of doctors yet she always leaves here with a smile! The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the VERY RUDE receptionist (older lady with glasses). Whenever I call or she calls me she ALWAYS speaks to me in such a rude manner with snappy responses. For the first time ever I was 15 minutes late to an appointment which I apologized for but she was so nasty about it and even made a rude comment about me to her coworker when I turned my face away!! I was shocked!! You want to feel welcomed when you arrive for your child's appointment not disrespected.

I am not to crazy about the Staff there. They don't have good customer service and they act like it's an obligation to go to their dentist. If you are not able to make it , it's an issue. They are also not available on weekends which is difficult for working parents to get there during the week. The atmosphere can be more welcoming and less gloomy especially for children.

We went there for dental cleanup with the hygenist. Tracy (tue hyginist) was amazing. She took all the needed time to do a proper cleaning of my son's teeth. She also paid time to explain to him how to properly brush the teeth. Very attentive, empathizing and patient hyginist! We will be back there again! Thank you!

My children has always been afraid to go to the dentist until we found Kimball Pediatric Dentistry. The dentist and staff are just wonderful.

Best pediatric dentist I have ever been to. I wish i could be a patient there. They are very professional, accommodating and friendly, my kids dont mind going at all. Perfect example of what you'd expect from a dentist dealing with kids.

I wish i could give them 0 stars.. gave me appt for 9am when i reach there in the parking sends a message saying its for 10:30 wasted my time and most rude doctor and receptionist.. dont go there save ur child from these butchers ...

Came here with my child after a negative experience with another dentist. Dr. Milgrom and her staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Milgrom saw the urgency of the situation with my child's tooth and referred her to an oral surgeon in a hospital who was able to see us on that same day. Her office even called us later in the day to check if everything went well. Unfortunately, my child has mostly adult teeth at this point, so we were recommended to go to a general dentist. But we are sincerely grateful for everything Dr. Milgrom and her office has done for us in just that one appointment.

My two year old had her first visit at Kimball Dentistry and it went great. Everybody was very friendly, accommodating and empathic. My daughter is scared of doctors in general so she was already very hesitant. The Doctor took her time and waited for her to calm down before moving to the next steps and used rewards during the visit. My daughter ended up enjoying the visit and is always asking me when we are coming back.

Kids love Tracey & Dr Marina! Wish there were dentists like this when I was a child! Maybe I wouldn't be so scared of the dentist till this day!! My kids laughed the whole visit. Excellent!

I had the best dental experience with my 3 years old daughter. I definately recommend this place, it's child friendly & the dentists are AWESOME!!!! My daughter does not like anyone in her mouth & they created a happy environment for her to cooperate.

Fantastic pediatric dentist. Staff is very friendly and makes the kids feel comfortable. They are also good with seeing patients promptly at the scheduled appointment time.

Doctor Marina is the BEST pediatric dentist. She truly cares for her patients and my kids absolutely love her! Pulled a couple of my daughters teeth in the past and she barely even felt it -today she bonded my sons front tooth that he chipped and it came out perfect!!! She is just wonderful and so is her staff,, especially Tracey the hygienist :)

Clean and extremely professional establishment. The Dentists and Hygenist are friendly and caring, they let the children feel very comfortable.
