This is my second time coming to Dr. Kim's office. The staff is super friendly and customer service is always A1, hence, why I came back for my second go-around. A lot of innovation has occurred since my first time getting Invisalign. There's a dental monitoring app that they use, which is so convenient if you're not on island and can't make it to their office. Staff responds fast on the app and they send YouTube vids that can help you through your journey. They also made their own squishy that is way better than the old one. I highly recommend Dr.Kim to anyone that wants to start their journey to having a nicer smile.

Kim Ortho was stellar from day 1. They were so thorough, detailed, courteous, personable and professional. The Spark aligners they provided me with were great. Besides the initial day of my teeth moving for the first time, I never experienced any pain during the process at all. It was truly a great surprise. Please do yourself a favor and see this team! Got my teeth straightened with their Spark aligners over traditional braces which allowed for a lot more freedom at the cost of self discipline. It was such an easy process. You get a scan box that you use with an app on your phone to keep the staff updated with your progress. I only had in office visits a handful of times and it was always a really pleasant experience. Super friendly staff that seem to genuinely care about you and your progress. At the end of the program doctor Kim shaped my teeth perfectly and even sent me off with a fairly pricey teeth whitening kit as a congratulation gift. 10/10 experience and worth the cost

The first day I entered their office I was immediately impressed. Everyone on staff was so welcoming. When I met Dr. Kim I knew I was in good hands. Best ortho around! After having 2 orthodontists tell my kids they couldn't have braces because their roots were too short, we had lost hope. But we were fortunate to have been referred to Dr Kim and his awesome staff! 2 kids with awesome beautiful straight teeth later....words cannot commend Dr. Kim and his crew how wonderful they are!! Friendly, attentive, professional and so knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff!! We are actually going to miss seeing you! The Silva family

I did consultations with multiple orthodontists and ultimately chose Dr. Kim because he estimated a shorter treatment time than others for Invisalign. No complaints here about my treatment. The staff was all very kind and personable. I even sent my brother here since he wasn't happy with his orthodontist. I didn't think my teeth were that bad to begin with and my friends all assumed I had braces as a kid, but looking at the before and after photos, there is a major improvement. I think it even improved my face shape. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Kim Orthodontist to anyone! Their professionalism is top notch from the front desk costumer service to the technicians to the Doctors. Their cleanliness in-office provides comfort and encouragement. They are the absolute best in Orthodontic care.

My experience with Dr. Kim and his staff is 11/10. Very welcoming, very friendly and I love my results! They have 2 different locations which is very convenient and most importantly.. their offices are clean. My sister and I both got our teeth done at the same time but she went with another well known company. Although hers were a little cheaper, they lacked the technology to monitor your progress via phone + a professional reviewing your progress weekly. She said I was lucky that my trays were thinner than hers and more see through & wished her company had taken progress pics as well. All they did was give her trays and she was on her own until her next in-person appointment close to when she was about to finish. She was content with her results but wasn't ecstatic about it. I usually don't give reviews... but I would totally recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who's looking to get their teeth done the right way. You get what you pay for and Dr. Kim is the absolute best.

I started my Invisalign in 2019 and just finished it recently:) I was nervous in the beginning, but Dr. Kim and the staffs made me reassure about the process of Invisalign. The whole experience was very easy and smooth! In the beginning, it was estimated that I would finish it in a year, but I moved to a different country so it made the process longer than we planned. However, Dr.Kim and the staff was able to follow up with me through scans so it was very helpful for me. Overall, the experience with Kim orthodontist was wonderful. The process was very smooth and the staffs were very supportive. And most importantly, I'm very satisfied with the results and the experience! If you are considering to go to his office, I highly recommend Dr. Kim. Finally, thank you again to Dr.Kim and the staffs, it was great meeting you all. I hope we can see each other again!

I came across Kim Orthodontics while searching for a doctor specializing in Invisalign. I had a braces back in H.S. but my previous pregnancies caused my teeth to shift and it didn't help that I lost my last set of retainers. I was planning on having them done again w/ my previous ortho (we was also very awesome too by the way ) but I believe he only does traditional braces at this time. There were so many great reviews about this place so I thought I would check it out. Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing! Dr. Kim is so kind and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. The staff are also very friendly and very knowledgeable. They always have a smile on their faces whenever I walk-in through that door. I really loved the end result and the best part was, I ended up finishing my treatments early! So if you're looking to getting your teeth fixed you definitely need to go to Kim Orthodontics!

Kim Orthodontics not only had the most talented orthodontists dedicated to fixing my smile, but the sweetest, kindest assistants in office. After my Invisalign experience, what I loved and admired the most about Dr. Kim's work is that he made sure my smile was still uniquely mine instead of a monolithic template smile that was a carbon copy of everyone else's. It's essentially your teeth but better. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have a better smile, I guarantee that you would be obsessed with your results like I am.

Dr. Kim and his team were so nice and supportive throughout my entire treatment. I liked the weekly scans through the Dental Monitoring app so they could keep an eye on my progress. I am super happy with my results and definitely recommend everyone go to Kim Orthodontics! I'm grateful to the team for making me feel more confident in my smile :)
