Dr. Le grew up in the city of Binh Duong, Vietnam. She moved to Mansfield in 1990 and made the Lone Star State her permanent home. She graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1998. She completed her prosthodontics residency at Baylor in 2001 and her Master of Science degree in biology in 2006. She is also a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American College of Prosthodontics. Outside the practice of dentistry, Dr. Le enjoys spending her time with her husband and son, traveling, sewing, and making original jewelry. She is active with AGAPE Charity and is involved in other activities, such as Boy Scouts with her son.

Patricia With more than 30 years of experience as a hygienist, Patricia joined Dr. Kim Les dental practice in 2016. She became a dental hygienist because she enjoys helping people and has a passion for helping others achieve optimum health. Patricia treats each patient with care and respect, and she always tries to make their dental visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She makes it her mission to educate her patients on good oral health and provides them the knowledge to maintain a beautiful smile for life. When she is not working at the practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful girls. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and summer days by the pool.
Mimi Mimi has been a dental hygienist with Dr. Kim Les dental practice since 2018. She has a passion for people and genuinely enjoys working in the health care profession and helping others. Mimi enjoys making patients feel comfortable while they are in the office and making them feel happy about their smile. Mimis family and friends are important to her, and when she is not at the office, she enjoys spending as much time with them as possible. She also enjoys traveling around town to try out new food.
Chi Chi has over 5 years of experience in the dental field. She has held many key positions throughout her career, ranging from assisting to patient care coordinator, and has enjoyed helping patients achieve their best smile. In her current role as office manager with Dr. Kim Les dental practice, she loves working with patients, helping them feel comfortable and accommodating their busy lifestyles. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and her extended family. As a family, they enjoy boating and traveling to different adventurous places.
Andranique Andranique has experience from the back office to the front office. She was a dental assistant and now is our insurance coordinator. She enjoys researching and maximizing patient insurance benefits in order to fit treatment into their budgets. Being involved and helping patients with their needs is truly a passion of hers. When not at Dr. Kim Les dental practice, she loves to spend time with her wife and two dogs at home watching movies or simply enjoying each others company.
Michelle Michelle has over 15 years of experience as a registered dental assistant. As Dr. Les lead assistant, her favorite part about working in dentistry is meeting and interacting with many different people and being part of helping people achieve their dream smiles. She feels a great sense of satisfaction when patients feel confident and are ready to share their smiles with the world. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Carlee and Dylan. As a family, she enjoys going on family vacations, cruises and hunting season.
Daisy As a registered dental assistant, Daisy enjoys welcoming patients with a warm smile and engaging introduction. Being involved and helping patients with their needs is truly a passion of hers. She loves to work with the team every day to help patients feel great about their beautiful smiles. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter while exploring and cooking new cuisines. Her family and friends are very important to her.
Meilin Meilin has over 5 years of experience as a registered dental assistant. She is very compassionate and a great listener. She enjoys making all patients feel welcome and at ease during their dental visit. When she is not working, she is at home spending time with her three kids and her dog named Chewbacca.

I came back to Dr Le again today and Dr Le quickly and efficiently did my filling. No pain what so ever! Dr Le and staff are professional and courteous. I have had a dentist before treat me like an account. That doesn't happen here! Patricia did her usual professional and personable work!

I needed a new experienced local dentist; my old dentist is out of network and very expensive. My insurance company recommended Kim Le, I called for an appointment, and they scheduled me the next day. I was impressed with how helpful everyone there is, they are very professional and friendly, and provide excellent services. I trust Kim Le with what she recommends and will be using her now.

The entire staff at Dr. Kim's office is incredible. Right from the person who greets you to all of her assistants. they are all extremely friendly and extremely professional. Dr Kim herself is amazing. she has a great sense of humor. I went to see her to get a crown and was fully expecting to have to deal with a lot of pain. This was a completely pain-free experience. in fact I almost fell asleep in the chair. I think she is wonderful and look forward to many more years of her taking care of my teeth

My first visit was yesterday, and I had an initial evaluation for prostodontic treatment. Although I hadn't made an appointment yet for my evaluation, and I had called because I lost a veneer, they told me to come in the same day and even started to evaluate my more complicated problem - and they were pretty busy at the time too! I am so impressed by Dr. Le and Patricia! I'm an experienced RN, and I don't know much about dentistry, but I know caring and compassionate professionalism in healthcare when I encounter it, and I'm so happy and relieved that I found Dr. Le and Patricia and actually, everyone in this practice impressed me as patient focused and professional. I feel safe and optimistic about my eventual outcome.

Dr. Lee and her staff were exceptional! She was recommended and spoken highly of by an orthodontist in Mansfield. The appointment process was smooth, despite the wait. Wait time once checked in was short and Dr. Lee was very caring and charismatic with my teen boy. Definitely recommend.
