I had a tooth extracted here and it was completely painless. Dr. Kim and his staff made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. They were very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim was very nice, however I spent about 10 minutes with him to get more information about dental implants. There was no examination and then I was charged $100. The front desk was cold and not very helpful. I do not want to do business with someone if I can't even ask questions for a fee and feel like I'm important to them. I will take my business elsewhere.

I had one wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Kim and the staff were very nice but the procedure was very tramatic. I was awake and just numbed out, they said I could be out for it but I thought I would be fine as long as I was numb since Ive had a tooth pulled before and felt nothing. I was numbed twice (the first time I could still feel pain in a couple spots) but could still feel so much pain during the procedure that I was cying and saiying ow! I was nervous and have anxiety to begin wih so that was just horrible!

The staff along with Dr Kim were so wonderful, kind, gentle and their chair side manners were outstanding from the Dr and the Nurse asst. To the front line staff . The Dr. Was so gentle and will walk you through the procedure and what to expect afterwards. The following morning the Dr . Called me to check on me .. How wonderful I would recommend this Dr and his office 100% again and again Can't say enough about the positive experience that I have had here.

Dr. Kim and his entire staff are amazing! I had to get four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday & was nervous about it to say the least. They treated me with respect, no judging, & kept making sure I was fine during the whole process. Dr. Kim also just called me to check up on me... I still need my top two premolars pulled once I get my adult braces on & will be coming back here to get it done. I would definitely recommend anyone to his office.

BEWARE...Great staff and they were super fast. My only problem is the old hag at the front desk doesn't know how to use her vocals. I asked and she didn't tell me they wouldn't take my insurance provider. Says they won't take Blue Cross after the procedure was done. Get rid of that Carol Baskin looking disgrace of your company.

I can't say enough about Dr. Kim and his staff, Especially Penny who stayed with me throughout my experience. I am the biggest baby out there and was thinking that I wouldn't be able to go through with getting a extraction....but, I'm glad I did! I will never go to another Dentist again!

Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and polite. The first office staff we worked with was very rude but, the second lady was very nice and helpful. My husband needed a bottom molar extraction and could not afford the whole co pay. They allowed him to split the co pay. My husband is not the easiest patient to work with, and they treated him with respect and kindness. When my husband was finished Dr. Kim come to the waiting room and allowed me to come back and sit with him, during recovery. Overall very pleased with our experience.

Tooth extraction - absolutely no pain or discomfort. The tooth was out relatively quickly with no trauma. I was actually unaware the tooth was already out. My previous experience with a tooth extraction by another dentist was, for me, quite traumatic. It was brutal and I vowed to never go back. I would recommend John Kim. However, his assistant used a blood pressure wrist monitor. Wrist monitors generally give higher, less accurate, readings than those using an upper arm cuff, particularly if they are not used correctly. In my case, it was not used correctly. The wrist should be held at heart level. Mine was in my lap. Also ankles should not be crossed, which mine were. I was not told to uncross them. Although I am taking medication for hypertension, my blood pressure was elevated as indicated by this monitor. Using a wrist monitor as a general practice, particularly by medical personnel, is not acceptable.

Had wisdom tooth extracted almost 5 years ago, and there is still pain every once in awhile in that area, plus when extracted, he gave me dry socket, would never recommend, not even to my worst enemy.

I scheduled my wisdom teeth extraction a month in advance. The day of the surgery I arrived on time to the office to no body being there. I waited at the least 10 minutes for someone to arrive. I then called the number for post-patients and the secretary told me that Dr. Kim had to go on immediate medical leave and that they had called all of his surgical patients to reschedule. I did not receive a phone call or an email, nothing, in regards of my appointment being canceled. The secretary was extremely rude during the phone call. I will be switching dentist due to this poor management.

The secretary needs to be fired for being completely disrespectful and rude. Oh not to mention she has lied twice to my boyfriend and i. Lol. Seriously head my advice and don't go there

I have known Dr Kim DMD and his staff for many years, having worked in a dental office for over a decade. I have also had procedures performed by Dr Kim and I must say , he is by far the best oral surgeon in the area and outside our area in my opinion!
