Had a broken tooth called a 7 in the morning they got me right in paid cash.. very nice dentist and his staff as well he did what I wanted no pressure even tho I had other options

Had an emergency during this Stay home time. Seen immediately. Treated with utmost respect by the Dentist and his great staff. Office was following all safe procedures during this critical time in everyones' life. I highly recommend Dr Murphee and his staff. I believe this is the first time I ever had a tooth extraction and the shots to deaden it were the least painless that I ever experienced. I would highly recommend the Kiln Dental Clinic.

They are some of the worse people I've had to deal with in the area. My wife went up there for a basic X-ray and referral to have her wisdom teeth removed.She told them before she went in that she had no insurance or money on her and I would pay them immediately later today (I was in Jackson at the time); after all was said and done they tell her if she doesn't pay the bill immediately they will have to call the police! She said she had to go back to the house to get my emergency money but they said she couldn't leave or they would call the police for running on the bill. I talked to them over the phone and had them explain, in which their story suddenly changed to if she didn't pay by 4 that's when the police would be called. Any person or place of business in the kiln that would use this behavior to scare a young woman into crying is beyond belief! They will absolutely get their 75$ and our one star review and I will ensure that everyone I meet knows they have a terrible business model.

I am disappointed in this office. I've asked for 3 weeks for them to send my records to my current dentist. Hasn't happened yet. Waiting for work to be done and the receptionist insisted she sent them twice. However they are not there. I should not have to do this myself. They scheduled my appointment for the 29th of December 2017 and decided on the 28th to take the rest of the year off, so I missed my second cleaning for that year. I do not recommend this office. Go to Diamondhead or BSL. It's worth the 10 minute drive.

They will rob you and your insurance. They over charge by a great deal. My fillings should have been covered 100% but still paid 200$ for one.The old man and his son are unprofessional. Seem like stoners to me. Theu cut the top of my mouth and tried to play it off because it was numb. They use the cheapest material to fix your teeth. Every filling I have had fell out. Plus the front desk are rude as could be. They by far the worst dentist I have ever been to.
