Excellent staff all the way around! My son had his wisdom teeth removed. We were both very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Everything was explained perfectly followed up by written instructions. Day 3 and kiddo has not experienced any major discomfort. Efficient, decent prices (no dental insurance discount), this was a great experience!

I was really nervous about getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed but they made my experience great, I believe it only took about 30 minutes, I had little discomfort the first 2 days but I was back to eating almost anything by the 5th day. Everything is healing perfectly. And the nurses were so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect about this place.

I was referred here to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I was nervous because of horror stories about wisdom teeth surgery but Dr. Campbell did great! Was in and out and already on day 2 with literally no pain or bleeding. Definitely would recommend to others.

Your response below to my last review amplified my feelings about the situation. The lady rushed to defend the staff??? I have a video of the incident and no one needed to be defended but the young lady being harassed by the one staff member. The one she was speaking with had no issues with communicating with her I seen it with my own eyes. I am hurt that you would jump to defend the other lady that wasn't even a patient that entered the back to ambush the lady. Do your facility allow anyone to just walk to the back? Is this normal practice or was this okay because of a different reason? I was not going to respond but after sharing the video with a family friend that recognize the young African American lady from when the lady opened the door and ambushed her I was told that she has taken care of one of our friends. This person spoke highly of this person and I was amazed of how small the world is. This was my reasoning for reposting because the same thing I heard is the same thing the patient's mom heard and there was no need for her to defend anyone. If anything your one employee should be apologizing to this lady for her behavior and allowing her to be ambushed by a family member, not even a patient. Your response: We sincerely apologize to you as well as anyone else that witnessed the incident that took place today. We can assure you that this is the first time any issue of this magnitude has occurred. There was much more to the story. The person (a patients mom) that came rushing to the back was trying to defend our staff after hearing the entire situation. We believe in excellent customer service and do our very best to achieve that at all times. We sincerely apologize for what you witnessed and that this was your only experience with our team.

My Daughter had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday by Dr. Campbell .. All the staff were very friendly and explained everything before and after the procedure. Dr. Campbell even called later on that day to check on my daughter . Great Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Killeen oral surgery

Let's start from the top. So I had a really nice experience and chat with my dentist about removing my wisdom teeth. He warned me about how tricky the procedure could be due to the nerves and stuff. But I still wanted local because my teeth were NOT impacted and they were fully erupted so it should be quick and routine. Fast forward to day of surgery, I'm ready to get my wisdom teeth removed and here comes Dr. O with an attitude because I didn't want to be sedated. Very unprofessional, and to be quite honest, I was upset. I was already nervous because of how he described the surgery (to scare me into making a more expensive decision) and I was just ready to get it over with. But, I'm happy with my decision on choosing local because it was fast, painless, and no complications. I would've given 5 stars but because he acted so irritated with me, imma give him 1. If I pulled my top wisdom teeth WHILE PREGNANT on local anesthesia, what makes you think imma be sedated now? Having an attitude because I didn't want to do what you wanted is weird. Again, he did a great job but everything before me sitting on that chair was bs. Next time, respect others decisions.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I had a great experience! The procedure itself was extremely quick and I was fully asleep which I was worried about that I wouldn't be. Dr. Ormeni and the rest of the staff all assured me that it would be painless and it absolutely was, I don't remember a thing! The healing process was easy and to the point, anytime I had questions the staff were extremely helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I went to Killeen Oral for a procedure today, and experienced excellent service from Deborah, one of the receptionist. She went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. I really appreciated her service, she was so kind and patient. Thank you Deborah!

Valerie, the lady who answered the phones acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling. I have been in pain from my wisdom teeth and she didn't even attempt to look for a sooner appointment.

My doctor reffered me to go here to get my wisdom tooth pull out and today I just call them to ask about the extraction price. But, the lady who take the phone call was rude. I can't even hear what she said and when I said I'll call back for making an appointment and I said "thankyou" she just said "hmm" like... Now, I don't know if I wanna call them back bc of her atittude.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The procedure took 45 mins at most. I was sedated and had Novocain so I felt no pain after I woke up. The lady at the desk was very helpful. The lady that brought me back for an x-ray and took me back to the room was very friendly. She explained everything to me. Said once they put the IV in I'd be out in 30 seconds no joke I was. I told her that I was very nervous. They hooked me up to heart rate monitor and put me on oxygen and had a a calming sedative in the sedation. Then Dr. Campbell walk in very nice. He explained everything to me as well. I have nothing but praise for them. They really calmed me down. I don't like any type of surgery but I was very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who need oral surgery done, whether be wisdom teeth or something else.

This morning I went to dr. Campbell for 3 extractions of my wisdom and my molars. I was deathly scared, I hate the dentist. I got there early with my wife, I went in, got my shot and woke up like one second passed.. I was so impressed with his work and his staff.. Nice job.
