As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Manshadi is proud to treat children and help make the dental care experience fun and fulfilling for them. From the very first visit, he works hard to build trust with both the patient and their patients!
Dr. Manshadi achieved his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Then, he moved onto a two-year dental residency with a focus on pediatrics at Boston University. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and licensed to provide safe treatment to patients with special needs and oral conscious sedation for those with anxiety.
Dr. Manshadi is passionate about expanding quality care to underserved populations, and his travels over the years have taken him as far as the Philippines and Ecuador, where hes provided necessary dental treatment. He also enjoys traveling in his free time and greatly enjoys exploring the cultures of other countries. His other hobbies include alpine skiing and spending plenty of time with his loved ones.

Great service! This is my second appointment for my son and I am pleased with their service. I hate the questionnaire because some of the questions are unnecessary and annoying but I just noticed there's a button at the bottom that allows you to select no for all .

Appointment was okay today but one of the assistants has no patience with children. My daughter is three and she was impatient with her during her X-rays. My daughter folded her legs and covered her face while nervously laughing and shaking her head no and the assistant told her to stop joking around and to stop pretending like she is scared because if she was she wouldn't be laughing. This lady doesn't know social cues at all and the way she was getting impatient with my daughter was ticking me off. The other assistants were fine and pretty nice. I can understand trying to do your job but when you are dealing with children especially small children you can't imply their feelings and dismiss them when they are afraid. She needs to do better.

I WILL NEVER BRING MY SON BACK HERE. I had an appointment for my barley 2 year old son. I was expecting the dentist to make this visit fun for my son due to it being his first time. I was expecting the dentist to show him a toothbrush and see how he brushes his teeth and to make it a fun/good experience. This was not the case. Instead she only wanted to hurry and do the cleaning and be done. Instead of having patience and taking time she immediately wanted to hold him down and ruin this experience for him. The dentist proceeds to tell me that I need to hold him down every night and force him to allow me to brush his teeth and that I need to have the other parent help. I advised her that my husband is deployed and I currently work nights and we brush our teeth together before he goes to bed and I go to work. She was very rude and did not take any time to make the dentist a good experience. I will be going else where. This dentist should only work with adults and not kids. She had no sympathy for strong willed toddlers. I get he needs his teeth brushed more thoroughly but she was just disrespectful and in a hurry during the visit.

Staff is knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Everytime I have been here with my little one we have been in and out quite quickly. Always clean, always professional and very patient with really little ones (baby & toddler).

Second reschedule without noticed due to poor scheduling. overall office is great! just wish notifications would be made sooner before taking off work and picking up my daughter early from school.

My daughter had to get a crown this morning. Our appointment was at 8am. By 8:19 they were completely done! It was super fast, the dentist was great with my daughter who has really bad anxiety. I myself have bad dentist anxiety and I left this appointment feeling very positive and happy. Honestly one of the first times that has ever happened at any dentist!!

Brought my child in for a complaint of dental pain. Diagnosed with gingivitis and soft plaque. My child continues with complain after seeing dentist less than a week ago. Looking into her mouth where she is having pain, she has what appears to be black cavities. So my childs mouth was not investigated to my satisfaction. I did not train as a dentist, but I can clearly see a cavity, but the dentist denies that she has a cavity. Wasted money and time. My babies still has dental pain.

This was my son's first appointment. Great staff super friendly, and professional. Excellent care from the moment we walked in the door. Orthodontist explained the treatment process in great detail & addressed all of my concerns. Little wait time, and my son was able to get his braces on the same day.. awesome! Facility is clean and neat.. I love the decor! They made us feel like family. I highly recommend this office. My friend has been looking for a good Orthodontist for her daughter & I recommend she bring her daughter here to Killeen Children's Dental Center.

My daughter has been going this place pretty long years. Front desk staffs always have been nice but most of the time, I have to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes more than actual appointment time. We haven't taken in on time recently. Dental clinic staffs are good too. The dentist is good and gentle with children. She explains well about my concern or question. The dental hygienist is the best. She does very professional, clean job. She's very friendly with everyone. I like her for my child. We've met some other hygienist before but she didn't do clean job. Her scrub was so dirty with stains from all the mouths. It was so unsanitary. But I'm so glad we see the best one now. I'm not sure about Orthodontics part yet. My child had braces before with different orthodontic team with male doctor, braces worked out pretty good. Now my child has invisalign with another orthodontic team with different doctor. They seem nice people, good with kids but I'm not sure about their job if it is great or not yet. My child is still in treatment period. Neither disappointed nor satisfied yet. I've heard some other Orthodontics invisalign comes with scanning box so they can track the teeth movement but this place doesn't have that system so I don't know if the teeth move correctly or not. You just have to wait for the next appointment to check. Also the attachment buttons are keep falling more that usual it seems like. If you have picky personality, you wouldn't satisfied. I will see if the result would come out good or not for updating with positive feedback.
