Dr. Justin D. Kiggins, D.M.D. thoroughly enjoys practicingdentistry in beautiful Carson City and absolutely loves the dental field! Dr. Kiggins graduatedfrom Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to complete a residency in General Dentistry at the University of Utah Hospital where he received additional training in Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implants, and Pediatric Dentistry. He is certified in sedation dentistry.
Continuing education is important to Dr. Kiggins. He spends several hours each year attending courses and keeping abreast of the latest technology and changes in the dental field. He has completed the hundreds of hours of required coursework and is preparing to take the exam to earn his F.A.G.D. (only 7% of general dentists in the country achieve this honor.) He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Northern Nevada Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Nevada Dental Association.
When Dr. Kiggins is not with his patients or doing one of his cartwheels for his young patients, Dr. Kiggins loves to be with his family. He has been married for sixteen years and has four children. He enjoys charcoal barbecuing, going to the gym and watching college football. Dr. Kiggins is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish with many of patients.

I was happy with my visit and with the doctor. Even the young lady at the front desk to the medical assistant who took my xrays. I don't have dental insurance till next year so paying as a self pay patient was not that bad. They provide me with a payment plan. So hopefully when I get insured I will be calling Kiggins Family Dentistry my dentist:)

This is a good family dentistry. If you're looking for a new patient appointment be prepared to wait. Definitely highly recommend friendly staff. Nice clean office. Good location right behind Smith's.

Dr. Kiggins and staff are the BEST!! FRIENDLY. EFFICIENT and THOROUGH. Claudia did a deep clean on my teeth. Claudia walked me through the process and is professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Kiggins Family Denistry.

The hygienist, Trisha was very thorough and kind. Dr. Kiggins is a fair dentist and listens to your needs along with what he sees. The front office were very helpful. Great dental cleaning experience.

Had an emergency. I'm from out of town and Dr Kiggin was my hero. Had to pull my tooth but I knew before I got there. He was the best. Wish he was my dentist back home. Staff was excellent with doing my insurance and Mary was great also.

Tish was my dental hygienist today, who is always excellent. Dr Kiggins has also replaced a crown and crowned a dental inplant. Very happy with his expertise. For the first time in many years I can chew on both sides and every dental issue has been fixed. Highly recommend the Kiggins Dental practice.

Dr. Kiggins is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. His entire staff is always so friendly and attentive. Dr. Kiggins really takes the time to explain every part of any working being done and will always answer any questions that come up. I cannot say enough great things about him.
