A place for teeth experts. I go to a dentist for all things dental. Myself is totally admittedly ignorant about having a tooth pulled and didn't know a spacer is needed if you want to keep the rest of your nearby teeth. Of course I do. I had zero knowledge to request the spacer, or whatever it's called, to keep the bones intact. They did recommend a couple of other unrelated procedures & demanded I pay up front. Even though my insurance clearly states 100% coverage on that. They said well you still have to pay 1st and insurance might reimburse us? Summed up: I went there for only 2 reasons. Neither was addressed. Besides a disastrous and potentially life- altering tooth pulled, Meaningless recommendations is all I got. Advice or compassion or experienced staff that do what's best for YOU? IT is NOT KIEFER @ntiFamily Dental.

I would not recommend at all first I go there with my insurance and they say oh your insurance will cover your annual visit and evaluation and one free cleaning so they do that the second year you would think they would do the same thing for the same insurance so they set up an appointment and everything I go there I do the same thing and they say oh now you owe us 150 bucks I said what you guys didn't charge me last year they say oh well it was only one time it's a complimentary second time you have to pay but they don't tell you until you're done with it

The Dr. took his time to explain the treatment and cost. But, he does not accept monthly payments and I went later for him to check my tooth that I might need a temporary filling until I save up to pay my portion after insurance. He said he could not do that

Dr Kiefer lacerated my lower pallet and waited until I was ready to leave to tell me. He tried to blame it as my fault with a big medical term. I asked what that was and he said you try to protect your teeth with your tongue and when you swallowd I cut your tongue but I stitched it. I am calling you in 2 pain meds, antibiotic and oral rinse. Try not to touch the top of your mouth with your tongue, any problems just call. I found a long string on my tongue and swallowed it. I called and got answering machine. No return call all weekend. Called Monday, said it was probably part of the packing he used and he cut your lower pallet not tongue. Acted like they made a big exception to get me in the next Friday. No apologies, no offers to pay for prescriptions and had the nerve to charge me my Co insurance. Very unprofessional. I know it was an accident but not even an apology or compensation. I will never return because of how the situation was handled. Lucky I didn't file a law suit.

(This review was for Dr. LINGO) Frankly, I hate dentists...that being said, for me to give a five star rating/review speaks volumes about this particular dentist (and his staff). I have had my share of root canals over the years with other dentists. But I have to admit, after my first procedure with Dr. Lingo (who got me in right away even as a new patient), I can happily report I felt no pain or even discomfort leaving my appointment. And I didn't feel even an iota of pain the following day or week. I can't say the same regarding dental work I've had done prior to now...I really highly (& genuinely) recommend Dr. Lingo's services - especially if you've had similar past, unpleasant experiences with your previous dentists. You won't be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff, from the front desk to the hygienists were very polite and professional. I got my teeth whitened and the hygienists made sure I was comfortable and made the experience an enjoyable one. The results were also amazing! I'll definitely be back!
