A board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Albert Higgins founded KidZaam Dentistry in 1993 after seeing a great need for pediatric dental services in a fun, kid-friendly atmosphere. Dr. Higgins has worked with an incredible team of people to redesign the typical pediatric office as a full, imaginative experience through a themed environment encompassed in a customized structure known as a KidZaam Klubhouse, filled with childish delights designed to entertain its guests while functioning as a dental clinic. Dr. Higgins completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alaska and Brigham Young University Hawaii. He received his Doctorate of Dental Science at Creighton Universitys Boyne School of Dentistry and completed his residency at Primary Childrens Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT.
Dr. Higgins is an active member of several national organizations, including: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry College of Diplomats of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry American Dental Association Arizona Dental Association
Dr. Robert Quaintance was born and raised in Glendale, and after high school, he moved to Prescott to play basketball for Yavapai Community College before transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University. There, he continued to play at the Division 1 level on a full athletic scholarship! After college and basketball, he moved to Omaha and started his dental education at the Creighton University School of Dentistry. Once hed earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he remained in the Omaha area to provide pediatric dental care to underserved children.Dr. Quaintance is an active member of the national organization: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
Today, Dr. Quaintance is happy to be moving back home and continuing his pediatric career with KidZaam Dentistry! He and his wife have been married for almost 10 years, and theyve been blessed with two wonderful kids named Sawyer (five years old) and Keira (one year old).

They put you on an annoying hold (recording) when they know you are going to cancel an appt. As if getting an appointment isn't bad enough.

Amazing Dentist, Dr. Higgins is wonderful and explains everything thoroughly. Claudia was fantastic as our tech and patient with my wee one. We've been going here for the entirety of my daughters dental care and I wouldn't choose anywhere else.

Stay away. Over-diagnoses problems and traumatized my child with non-trauma informed practices during a wakeful emergency tooth extraction when he was 18 month old. You couldn't pay me to go back here.

After reading some rather unfavorable reviews I was hesitant. However, this Dentist is tops and exceeded my expectations. The staff is caring and polite. The Dr. Is on point and we're happy to have found him.

Poor scheduling practice..... I've been taking my kids for a couple years without missing any appointments or being late...... my son's appointment was cancelled today because I did not answer and confirm on Friday when they called me, I was in the hospital with my daughter. It took a month to get this appointment and my son was on standby the entire time due to pain and not being able to eat regularly because of it. This is unacceptable to do to child who is in pain and has waited as long as he has already for an appointment.

I think Dr Higgins is a great dentist! He is a very direct dentist! He was amazing with my 5 year old! We had a great experience with him and the staff! They got him right in when he was needing emergency work done. My little one had to be sedated and have teeth removed he was so great with coming in and giving us updates on how he was throughout the process. We are so thankful for Dr Higginsn. Overall a 10/10.

Rude staff. Bad sedation technique. Awful attitudes. Scheduling was next to impossible and they rescheduled us so many times just to fit their needs.....and once we finally got an appointment that stuck the confirmation system was messed up bad. The scheduling staff was short and said "I think the dentist has had enough of this." I was like what do you even mean haha as a busy family of five after you guys rescheduling us sooooo many times and now he can't get his cavity filled? Livid experience rude people with no grace, social skills, or manners of any kind....and this unfortunate "bad" review is the second bad review I've ever made in my life because that just how truly awful cottonwood kidzaam is so just don't
