A board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Albert Higgins founded KidZaam Dentistry in 1993 after seeing a great need for pediatric dental services in a fun, kid-friendly atmosphere. Dr. Higgins has worked with an incredible team of people to redesign the typical pediatric office as a full, imaginative experience through a themed environment encompassed in a customized structure known as a KidZaam Klubhouse, filled with childish delights designed to entertain its guests while functioning as a dental clinic. Dr. Higgins completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alaska and Brigham Young University Hawaii. He received his Doctorate of Dental Science at Creighton Universitys Boyne School of Dentistry and completed his residency at Primary Childrens Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT.
Dr. Higgins is an active member of several national organizations, including: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry College of Diplomats of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry American Dental Association Arizona Dental Association
Dr. Robert Quaintance was born and raised in Glendale, and after high school, he moved to Prescott to play basketball for Yavapai Community College before transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University. There, he continued to play at the Division 1 level on a full athletic scholarship! After college and basketball, he moved to Omaha and started his dental education at the Creighton University School of Dentistry. Once hed earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he remained in the Omaha area to provide pediatric dental care to underserved children.Dr. Quaintance is an active member of the national organization: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
Today, Dr. Quaintance is happy to be moving back home and continuing his pediatric career with KidZaam Dentistry! He and his wife have been married for almost 10 years, and theyve been blessed with two wonderful kids named Sawyer (five years old) and Keira (one year old).

I took my son here for dental work with Dr Higgins. My son doesn't like soda so didn't want to drink the sedation medication with Sprite. I explained this to Dr Higgins and the dental hygienist. I suggested they mix it with water but they said it would taste bad. My son was upset and crying and did not want to drink it. After a few minutes Dr Higgins told my son he had things to do and he could drink it or he would hold him down and use a syringe to squirt it down his throat. It really caught me off guard and we should have left right then. If you don't have patience maybe you shouldn't work with kids. Cancelled my upcoming appointments for both my kids and not returning.

I went here as a child ... I am now grown lol Now As a parent and returning person to this location . The Customer service with the receptionist Stephanie is very kind and understanding with everything & great communication skills :) The Wonderful and helpful service showed me it's worth scheduling for my family & still a wonderful dentistry . Can't wait to come back for my lil ones

My son had a few fillings done along with an extraction, I meet them there on my lunch brake to find my wife in the waiting room having an anxiety attack because they would not let her go back with our son. After I got home he asked if I was proud of him for sitting still through the pain because he was not fully numb and could fill everything they did. They gave him no instructions on what to do if he felt any pain, and he could not talk afterwards for almost 6 hours.

We have been going to Kidzaam for a long time. My son had to get fillings for the first time today. While doing the fillings, the doctor found additional cavities, which he filled at no additional cost (we are out of pocket, so this was so appreciated). In addition, they were kind, patient and wonderful with him as he was very scared. We will continue to use Dr. Quinn. He is amazing!

Make sure to respond to the appointment confirmation text within 11 hours or they will cancel your child's appointment without letting you know. Big inconvenience.

They don't care about children in pain at all. They will schedule your child out two months then cancel the appointment and tell you you have no choice but to wait another two months until they are gracious enough to finally grant your pain riddled child an appointment again.

I went here when I was a kid and now I'm taking my kids I absolutely love this place. Definitely the only dentist I'd take my kids too highly recommend

We have been talking our little one here for a year and a half now and he loves it. It has a amazing kid friendly waiting room ( I also enjoy the video games ). When the kiddo grabbed more than his fair share of prizes for being a good patient, they told him to keep them. Going to the Dentist can be scary at any age, but the amazing staff has this little guy eager to see the dentist every time.

Took my sons to Dr. Higgins, he said my 4 year old had 4 cavities in his back molars. Before moving forward on filings I decided to get a second opinion. Just like I thought he had no cavities. Shame on you Dr Higgins!

I would give them a zero if I could. These dentists literally have no idea what they're doing. One dentist couldn't numb me properly he panicked then messed up my filling to where it came out the next day and I had to get it done again. Every single time I've gone there they have messed up my teeth to where I have to go in once again to correct it. Real dentists should know what they're doing. Place sucks
