Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. My young daughter had an emergency issue with her tooth and they gave us an appointment in two weeks. They asked for insurance multiple times and wrote down information. We get there for our appointment it's not for an emergency procedure it was set as a cleaning only and they have no previous information we gave them over the phone. All they said is oh the front office later is new. They said their next appointment for an emergency tooth issue is in May, it's in Early March, and that they are hoping that our daughter doesn't have permanent issues. So we called our old dentist in Phoenix and they are getting us in tomorrow. So my wife calls them and tell them we need all dentist notes and X-rays. But they wouldn't allow my wife to pick them up because she isn't the primary on our insurance. She was the one that brought her in for her service to begin with. Never heard of such a crock so I took time off work and went down to sign paperwork to get it all released. I get there and they have no paperwork ready wait for 45 mins and finally tell them I need it now. The front office lady said oh your still here I've been sitting in front of the desk the whole time not sure how she missed me. She asks the lady in the back what was taking so long and she told her that she had put it on her desk a long time ago! I'm telling you this place needs new management and a new front desk. Again the excuse was she's new! I'm sorry but if you haven't trained her properly that's on you ! Stay far far far away from this place!!! Update they gave us the wrong notes and didn't give us the photos as promised!

I understand things happen but blaming me for the wrong phone number and cancel my appointment is bs, especially when I made it 6 months ago. I've had the same number for over ten years. Girl at front was of no use either, just "oh well, not my problem" mentality. Never had this problem with Dr. Raber who we'll be going back to from now on.

I confirmed my 3 appointments 4 times. Loaded up my energetic toddler,had my teen daughter meet me there. Took my son out of school early. I arrive at the counter the receptionist said are you checking in... I said yes then she turned her back and took a 10 minute phone call. I stood there at the counter thinking how rude that was. When she was finally finished . She said oh you didnt call to confirm so we took your 3 kids off the schedule. I said I confirmed through text, and email 4 times in the week leading up to this. The office staff is arrogent,rude. I told her we will be taking our business elsewhere. Horrible experiences multiple times. If you do not like your job or people go work somewhere in a basement filing paperwork!!!

Horrible customer service! They force you to make appointments 6 months out after an appointment and every time they have canceled them on us within a week of the appointment! No advanced notice, they send a text and then within a few days they cancel every time. We have a big family and it's not easy to reschedule especially when I already took time off of work. I've been going to this place for almost 5 years and I can't remember one time that I have not had to reschedule so we are done. My wife's experience was also just another reason why we won't be going back. Shame on you Kidzaam!

Scum. I made an appointment for a 12 year child in unacceptable pain. It was for two months out. Okay, we ate that and through two rounds of antibiotics rode it out. Then THEY cancel the appointment and reschedule it out for another two months out!! I don't even have words for how much I despise them at this point....

Brought my daughter here due to her having some pain in her mouth, they were able to fit us in on short notice which was greatly appreciated. This was my daughters first visit to a dentist ever, Dr.Q was great with her. The staff was very friendly and helpful all around. I couldn't be more happy with the care given to my daughter, we will definitely be coming back.

I took my child to Kidzaam after having a bad experience with another pediatric dental office in town, Kidzaam was great! Best dental experience my child has ever had. Doctor was nice and good with my daughter, staff was friendly and helpful, building was super cool looking inside and out, and lots of extra fun goodies for the kids. If you need a dentist for your child don't take them anywhere other than Kidzaam!

Kidzaam has a fun environment for kids which helps with the anxieties of going to the dentist! Everyone is friendly:) Becki is the best, she takes time to help when needed and is just so kind. I appreciate all their help with my kiddos!

My daughter loves it here. She been coming here since she was 2, now she's 4. They are accommodating, staff are friendly and rhe doctor always ask if there are any concerns.
