Dr. Michael P. Lateiner, Dr. Mike, received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in May 2005. He then spent an additional two years there to earn his specialty in Pediatric Dentistry and a Master of Science in Dentistry. Dr. Mike completed his undergraduate degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ, in May 2001 with a bachelors of science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He is currently on staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital where he teaches and shares his knowledge by training the Dental residents.
Outside of work Dr. Mike enjoys spending time with his family, staying healthy by working out and of course cheering on the NY Yankees and NY Giants. Dr. Mike married his wife Gloria, who is also a dentist, in 2010. They have three children, Dylan, born in March of 2012, Sasha, born in October 2014, and Chloe born in May 2019.

Kidz World recently saw my daughter for an injury and they are amazing! Dr. Pete called to check on her and wanted to do a follow-up to make sure she was healing. They are a patient and caring group of staff! My kids have been going there for many years now and always a pleasant experience.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Morgan & Melanie are the best! Everyone is kind caring & sweet. My daughter absolutely LOVES the dentist because of this place. Don't go anywhere else!

We always have a great experience at Kidz World! My kids actually enjoy going. The office staff is great, as well as the dental staff. We love dental assistant Melanie and Dr. Pete!

Kidz World is amazing! My daughter had A traumatic experience at another dentist and was afraid to try A new place. Now every time we go she runs into the office excited to be there! Staff is great and office is extremely clean!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr Pete and his staff. Three months ago my daughter wouldn't even sit in the chair, today she had a cavity filled and used laughing gas. All of this was made possible because of the love and care everyone shows at Kids World Pediatric Dentistry.

My oldest son's recent extractions could not have gone better!! Same with both our boys recent routine visit. Dentist and staff were very warm and reassuring with our boys. Could not be happier with our recent switch to Kidz World!!

AMAZING! Highly recommend. We had our first visit yesterday and my kids LOVED it. I was nervous because it was the first visit for my one of my daughters and she was really nervous That changed the second we walked in because they were obsessed with the waiting room. Dr. Mike was incredible! He had my shy daughters chatting away and even let them be his "assistant". He talked to the girls about their teeth and answered all my questions. They jumped out of bed this AM to floss and brush all on their own . Very happy with our decision to choose this office!
