I love love LOVE this dentistry ! They were so amazing, patient and calm with my son. My son was having the worse panic attack the day we went in and it triggered mine but the staff were so calming and reassuring. I'm definitely recommending to family and friends ! Thanks you guys again !

Courtney was out hygienist for today! Savannah was so compliant and comfortable with her. I'm so proud of my baby girl. I think the right dentists' office makes all the difference for children's dental experiences. I'm so glad we chose Kidz Planet. I love that they had coffee for the adults too lol

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD !!! Staff are highly engaged in the children the whole time and professional is highly energetic. The creativity and display of the inside is just perfect. Accolades all around for the staff !

My kids have been going here for years. Front desk is always nice and pleasant. The assistants are super friendly. Our kids enjoy each visit. The dentist is nice and explains everything in detail as to what would needs to take place on the next visit. The new location is awsome and spacious. Great place.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the new building in Port Royal!! Awesome upgrade! We have enjoyed the new experience with Dr. Chris. If you have not checked out the new office and met Dr. Chris, I definitely recommend doing so. Thanks Kidz Planet for taking good care of my family.

Do not expect to get your full information prior to the appointment. First off the wait to get my child to be seen for the treatment plan he needs was 5 months one change made because they scheduled at what was not even okay with my schedule. Fast forward we didn't have insurance at the time, so we have a balance which they let me know last week when they called I asked if I could pay it at the appointment, "yes" I asked if that statement balance is all that I had to pay and I quote "yes the 460.00" that's it! Get to my child's apt today and I am told I have to pay that balance plus services that will be provided today and I explained I was not prepared for that, and I get paid in two days that I didn't have that much to shell out at the moment. I was not the nicest I will be 100 percent honest towards the end because I'm not the one who miss led information! Fix your communication and you probably won't have irate parents such as myself. Well they not only didn't get the 460.00 but they no longer will be my children's dentist! I've never had this issue with Robin EVER she made sure that she communicated everything to a T!! Anytime I've owed money she specifically told me the exact amount and didn't leave it up to me to remember a treatment plan I signed 5 months ago smh. DO BETTER staff at kidz planet in Beaufort!

I took my 3 children to Kidz Planet and they had a great experience, the front desk staff were so nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable at there first dental appointment!

BEWARE of this place!!!! Wish I could give zero stars.Rudest office I have ever dealt with. Thousands of dollars paid to this office over the years and my childrens' appointments were canceled (AFTER pulling them out of school) because they were 10 minutes late. I asked for the written policy on this and received none. They are scammers with the prices they charge for simple procedures as well. My insurance company also advised me that they overcharge. Find your children an office that actually cares about them because this place definitely doesn't.

I took my kids here for the first time a couple of weeks ago because we recently moved to Port Royal and this was closer than Adventure where we used to go. It was an absolutely awful experience. My poor kids are traumatized. They were so rude, everyone. The front desk staff, dental assistants and the doctor. They didn't care to make the kids comfortable. They didn't say hi to them, nothing. They had zero care for their feelings. They rushed us the entire time. My poor kids were screaming and crying because of how just rude and inconsiderate they were. I will never ever bring my kids back here.

Today was my sons first visit , staff was super friendly and welcoming. My son loved Courtney, and dr Chris . Thank you for making my lil ones first dentist visit fun and not scary he wants to go back .

My child had an appointment on today. When I arrive to the new office..which I was not aware of the move nor did they confirm the appointment....they told me his appointment was on yesterday. I showed them my card that had today's date. They apologized and said we can see him at 4:00pm. It is 11:00, I drove 2 hours what do you expect me to do for 5 hours. It was you all mistake why couldn't my son be worked in; in the next hour or so. Totally unacceptable. I will find another dentist office. Customer service truly is sinking to the pits of hell these days

Please stay away from this dentist!! They have charged us $50 for silver diamine fluoride that is actually almost completely covered by our insurance, I called and confirmed. They also charge about $80/90 for a single filling when at our new dentist they charged $90 to cover 2 fillings, 3 sealants, and silver diamine fluoride for 4 teeth between 2 of my children. So I'm not sure he is even charging correctly for fillings either. They charged me 2 times for the same filling because it chipped off after only about 2/3 weeks. He wanted to charge me a 3rd time because it happened again on the other side of the filled tooth, but I finally said no and went to a new dentist. He told me he has done more for me than I even deserve. He tells my child the filling can't even be hurting her, but yet he never numbed her for them. He always finds another cavity, or more, everytime he does a filling on her. He treated a cavity that was so small, he said, with silver diamine fluoride but then he wanted me to pay to put a crown on it. I said no to that. He blatantly lies in the charts, wrote that my daughter fell on the playground at school when she NEVER did. He also has let my other child continue to get cavities that he never mentioned once, but our new dentist found. Just a horrible place to go and I wish we had left sooner. Please don't make my mistake and stay away!

Best pediatric dentist ever! My son (8) has severe anxiety and a phobia to needles he needed 2 fillings and a tooth extraction due to an extra tooth. They spread out the appointments so he didn't get so overwhelmed, starting with his fillings my son did fine with just the (laughing gas) and for his extraction he got the laughing gas and the numbing shots and he didn't even flinch. They did a great job hiding the needle and made him so comfortable he didn't even realize his tooth was removed. I am beyond grateful for the dentist there and his wonderful staff. If you have a child with severe anxiety, adhd, autism or just a fear of the dentist they can totally accommodate for them. I highly recommend kidz planet pediatric dentistry in Beaufort, Sc. to anyone.

My two year old is disabled and it's often hard to find any places that can accommodate her needs well. I searched around for a few dentists before making her first appointment last year & I'm so glad I chose Kidz Planet!! We had our second appointment with this establishment today and it was even better than the first!! They worked fast, efficiently and treated my daughter with so much love + true compassion. They remembered her needs and did so well working with her!! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming in general. From front desk to the dental assistants!! I highly recommend them to everyone, especially if you have a child with special needs! The dentist himself is always very informative, hands on and accommodating as well! Truly a great group of people!!

They used a calming blanket (strapped my 4 year old to a board with weighted blanket) and made me wait in the hallway. It took all my strength to not grab him and walk out (I wish I did) Dentist had low patience and too firm a tone on a scared toddler and the receptionists laughed about him screaming.

I absolutely recommend bringing your child here. We had been going to another highly rated dentist in bluffton but I couldn't get them to return my voicemails and they couldn't schedule my daughter in for an appt until a month later even though she was in pain. I called Kidz Planet and they saw her that very day. The nurse was so kind and patient with her and the doctor was incredibly funny and playful along with being very informative. I will continue to bring both my kids here.
