Worst dental office ever! My son had a scheduled procedure 10/24 under anesthesia. We been waiting for this appointment since early September! We show up 10:15 for check in appt scheduled for 10:30. 11:30 comes around and we STILL had not been called back, yet alone updated! I went to receptionist and she goes to talk to anesthesiologist who tells her another hour! Like really? 12:30 now? My 6 yr old son hadn't ate or drank anything since 10pm night before and was starving and thirsty! The Receptionist was VERY rude and didn't even apologize once! All she kept telling me was "I don't know what to say" My son was finally called back and prepped close to 1:00 pm. Never again will we go back and my kids have been going here for about 8 years now. But this is not the 1st time our appointments were way passed scheduled time. Things have really gone downhill at this location and receptionists are just so rude most of the time. I figured with this being a procedure under anesthesia & was scheduled so long ago it would have been close to scheduled time not 2 and a half hours later! I work for the medical field so I know things happen BUT this was unacceptable! *DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE**

This place calls you for an appointment and they don't even tell when you want your appointment they drive you crazy cause they always call you don't go here.

Terrible communication and slightly sneaky service. You have to ask very specific questions about what they plan on giving your child to make them comfortable. My son came in for a cavity and they quickly rushed him to the back without providing any information until I had to slow the assistant down to speak. You would think when dealing with children they would have better communication skills. Also, they didn't get to the cavities and the assistant only told me after the fact that his nose was too stuffy to inhale laughing gas that neither of his parents approved.

I've been going to kids connection from almost about a year. Victoria was the most experienced out of all assistants i've seen in the past. she knew how to work with my type of brackets and the girl i had before didn't place my wire all the way through my back brackets. i highly recommend Victoria as your assistant.

Horrible. Will never bring my kids here again. Made an appointment to accommodate my work schedule to bring my daughter in for what I was told was a cleaning. The girl who made the appointment didn't even give me the day or time she told me. I didn't find out until the week of the appointment that she made it for a different day and time. She told me it was for a cleaning. My daughter is there for the appointment with the new schedule and it's for a filling of multiple teeth. I was not told anything about her needing a filling let alone that she had a cavity. Terrible service didn't even receive a single apology.

Nice place but you'll wait FOREVER in the waiting room and then forever in the back room. One time I waited for over an hour just to have the kids called back. After an hour and 15 minutes I left. They then marked me as a no show. It was terrible.

It was horrible the man that's been there for like 10 years just left and now there is a new lady Dr Augustine she was rude she called my 5 yr old son a special needs child in front of many other kids and my oldest came and told me. After I confronted her, her and her staff were rude to my other children. Told them 'Go with your mom NOW! I've taken my children here 10+ years and and never had this problem till I met this new doc. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I've made my daughters appointments there and each time the day came, the office was closed and no one bothered to call me to let me know. It's closest to my house, so I kept giving chances, but I just tried to call to schedule ANOTHER appointment for my girls and of course no one answered the phone. I won't be going back. Customer service is horrible there

Staff is awesome and is very nice to my daughter and knows how to work with her keeping her calm during cleanings and check ups and she loves to go and gets excited to go to the dentist!

My daughter recently got her teeth cleaned here and it was very quick. The longest point was waiting in the lobby. She was satisfied and recently got her braces put on by Camelback Orthodontist. Thx!
