No face painting, no balloons, nothing to entertain the kids with. I can't be with my kids while getting dental work done. Very filthy. First and last appointment at this place. False advertising.

Absolutely the worst dentist ever!!! My child has been going there since he was 1 he's about to be 4 and every time I would go I would force myself in because they don't let parents in the back because of it they wouldn't do X-rays they would but fluoride and call it a day they would inform me that he has some cavity's and wanted to see if there was more options then just silver teeth but the dr never came to talk to me about my questions or concerns she would send the nurse recently I went to a new dentist to see my options just to find out my child has 12 cavity's a lot of them pretty bad and they never told me that they just had told me he has 3 again never stating how sever they where I'm so angry cause now I have to watch my child have full on sugary because they don't communicate or care for there patients this place needs to be shut down !!!!!

From the moment I walk in they wanted to kick me out. First they told me that because I was 5 minutes late they might not be able to help my daughter. They took her in and then they made me reschedule for a cavity filling when they could done it all in the same visit. This is a bad practice.

I go here for my braces and my ortho doctor is so nice , I highly recommend him ! The staff that work with him always explain what their doing to me and explain to me what it will do to help with my braces . On the other hand, I went to get a cleaning and there were issues with them verifying my insurance my appointment was at 10 and they didn't tell me this until 10:45. Long story short , we got that figured out and I finally got called back at 11:00 , the lady taking my photos for the cleaning was talking to another co worker in Spanish about me due to my age . After she was finished talking about me "not knowing I did speak Spanish" I asked her for her name . She told me and I will keep that out for her . But then I asked her In Spanish "ablo espano" and she just gave me a blank stare . After she was finished with me cleaning I did tell her I would be calling to speak with a manager in regards to this

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my daughter to a first time appt and from the start extremely rude. When she got called back they said I wasn't allowed to go back with her, which would have been fine if the approach was different instead of stopping me at the entrance way and a hand to my face. They said it was policy no parents allowed in back. Well in my case, I've worked in dental 10+ years. My daughter has only really been to my office. However, because we don't offer nitrous and she was in pain, I thought it would be best to take her to a pediatric for a comfortable child dental experience. I understand policies, however I didn't sign anything...Najaira said it was on the policies form I SIGNED, I asked for a copy she printed and TOSSED it at me. I asked where does it state "the policy" she said READ IT. I read it and nothing!! I reached out to speak to someone hire up and I'm yet to get a call about this experience. I was assured ANA would call me back and nothing. I know the field and know how this works. This is not the way to treat patients. I found an office that took her in right away and she is pain free.

They use to be so good and now they are horrible, I will never recommend no one to this office, their customer service is horrible. If I can give them no stars I definitely would. It's so bad I had to contact the BBB,

This was my second visit with this facility. My daughter had an appointment today and when I showed up they stated they had cancelled her appointment because i didn't call and confirm appt. First of all I wasn't informed or signed anything that stated it was MANDATORY to confirm appointment or visit would be cancelled. I will not be returning to this place if I could would give zero stars.

They schedule you months out for treatment and when it gets close to your child's appointment date they reschedule you "because the doctor won't be in that day" don't the know that people have jobs and request time off to make it to these appointments?!

If I could of rated this place minus stars I Would of!! Thee Worst Dentist Office Ever. Especially Staff! Waited Almost 3hrs for an appt that took 3mintgs to get in the first place! Oh forgot took two spots of them doing nothing to get this appt! I wouldn't take my dog here! Terrible Place!!

I shouldn't have come back after our first visit smh. Dentist suggested a root canal on my 9 year old we went to a different place and they said that wasn't necessary. My son had a cleaning supposedly on his first visit but second visit (which was only 2 weeks after) the orthodontist advised a cleaning and I told him my son had just had one but he said it was necessary to proceed with braces. He had a very off personality. Saw us for a total of 3 minutes and didn't look at me when he spoke. The wait for this 3 minute appointment was almost an hour and they only took my son back after I asked the front desk about the wait. I came back and they charged me for the "second" cleaning done within 30 days of the first one. I'm not coming back anymore I will take my money somewhere else.

Bad service they Don't hire them in braces they don't have an orthodontist hired every so often they put another one they resign and your appointments are long and they call you to change them because they don't have an orthodontist They are not orthodontic specialists if they were they had doctors every day. They take too many patients and they do not care about the quality of service they are giving them I am very upset with the service I am receiving and I already paid for my braces in cash and the service is bad

If your child has no problem sitting and listening then you will no problem. My son has ADHD and if he doesn't like what's being done he will make things a bit more complicated. Kids connection does not do any type of accommodations. I can go on and on about what a bad job they have done. I have been dealing with them about 4 years, they are not good! There are other great dentist office that specialize in Pediatrics. Just cause the the place has kids on it does not make it kid friendly!

The absolute worst. My daughter went for a checkup where they found a number of cavities. in order to take care of the cavities we were told we needed clearance from her doctor. We got it and after attempting to for days with a lazy and incompetent staff. I finally spoke to someone who was willing to give the illusion of "help." They tell me that they will not be able to perform that service for another 2 months! IN 2 MONTHS, SHE COULD HAVE MORE CAVITIES! If you love your child (children) take them anywhere else. This place is a Stright up insurance scam!
