The staff is and drs are DANGEROUS , they will not read your child's chart for changes . They gave my children treatments I gave no consent to give . I am going to have justice for my children wrongfully experiencing the disrespect and for treatments without consent . Please be very careful these people working are shady characters that have no morals or souls and care only Food & Money for their bellys.

Awesome place to bring your children clean place and very professional staff love the treat that they gave to my daughter they explain al.the treatment and what they did today my daughter came with a big smile on her face and a balloon on her hand I definitely will bring her again here

Staff and dentist are unprofessional. They reschedule almost for every single appointment and dont even give a heads up days before, they call hours before your appointment to cancel for whatever reason. They do not care about their patients/patients time. The workers dont seem professional or clean. Today was my last straw and decided to switch dentists for my child due to the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy towards their patients.

Had an appointment at 3 called 5 mins late to let them know that I was running late if I could reschedule or will I be ok if I came a few minutes late the person on the phone told me that they can put me down for 4 o'clock appointment I arrive at 3:30 since this was wanna be my sons first dentist appointment Everybody that was there got called people that arrive after me started getting called as well I told the person in the front counter to cancel my appointment since it was 5 pm

WORSE UNPROFESSIONAL DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Don't bring you kids here!!! They over book and waste your time!!!!!! And Idk who would make that JOVANNA!!!! Lady Co!!!!! She obviously can't do her job!!!! And be professional!!!!!! She belongs at Walmart!!! As a cashier!!! With her attitude!!!! How do you book an appointment and get there on time!!! At that!!! And them tell you (They'll get to you when they can) That could be an hour or 2??!!!! WTH!!!! Nope!!!! I had an appointment!!!!! She gave me 2 choices I can sit and wait or reschedule!!!! Then say my daughter wasn't even supposed to be scheduled on that day!!! they over booked!!!! Seems everyone needs to be retrained!!!!

Staff is really rude. I tried speaking to the manager but apparently "she's busy right now and she will call you later", as if our time wasn't important and we aren't busy too. All I wanted was to o get answer about our account which they gave me wrong information the day before, 2: ask why they said we were late when I clearly got a confirmation the day before of the time of the appointment. Working in the medical field myself, I would never show up 30 mins late to an appointment, yet they did not apologize for the misunderstanding. I am just super upset and frustrated with the staff in this office. I wish I could transfer over without it affecting our insurance!

This was my second time taking my son here for a dentist appointment. The first time was just for a routine check up which went perfectly, the second time was because my son broke his front tooth in half. The office scheduled me in for a quick appointment, everybody was taking precautions and I felt safe inside the building even with social distancing protocols in place. The doctor came in and saw us very quickly, was very nice to my son, and explained everything to us as parents. Overall was a good experience and will be going back.
