First visit we were 10 min late and they would not see my son. When I got home and spoke to the office manager she told me that we could have been seen. The front desk girl didn't check and just sent us away. Super frustrating when you take off of work and pull your kid out of school for the appointment. After that experience it was smooth and had no other issues .

Needs better WiFi. I was there in a cr game and then it starts lagging. All of a sudden it freezes. I'm one have off of master and it freezes. I restart my game but it was too late. They lost me trophies and I'm never going there again. Dentists were fine I guess.

This place is great all around! The staff are amazing and so great with kids. My daughter can be really scared and shy and they just are great at what they do and make her feel so comfortable! I was amazed that they were able to get her to do X-rays at 3. They have a lot of fun things in the waiting room, games on a huge tablet and my daughter always looks forward to picking out a toy at the end from one of their coin machines. They place is also very kid-friendly looking, with lots of bright colors and TVs on the ceilings in the patient rooms to keep them sitting back in the chair and distracted! Dr. Katie is so nice and explains everything well! So impressed with this place, my kid actually loves the dentist now which feels crazy to say!

Both of my boys have had extensive dental work due to genetic enamel hyperplasia. We have been to 5 pediatric dentists between 2nd opinions and relocation. I was sad to leave our last dentist but the move made it just too far to commute. Since choosing Kids Teeth due to its location in Wallingford, I have been very happy. We never wait more than 5 minutes, the dentist comes out and talks to me every time and appts are easy to schedule. I find the office clean and professional. I have been pleased and would recommend this office to anyone.

Where do I begin?! My 2 years older daughter was complaining about pain . They got me in the next day. We had been to two other dentist and neither of them could get my daughter to open her mouth. Here she was happy and comfortable. Staff was friendly and understanding! Even as a last minute appointment she was seen in a timely fashion . So happy with this dentist. She just has Molars coming in

I have never in my life ever felt so disappointed by a dentist office. Me and my husband were in a very bad financial situation, we both were laid off within 2 weeks of each other and they would continually call to let us know the left over balance we owed on just 2 visits for our son. I had no way of paying, and at this time applied for chip. I called to let them know we would have to cancel my so appointments b/c I couldn't take the calls of what we owed anymore. I was embarrassed, have always provided my children with excellent private insurance but the deductibles were completely insane after losing our jobs. I became proactive took my son to see a " free dentist day" even though I knew what work needed to be done I just couldn't afford the 350$ copay on top of the balance after the first 2 visits. Well low and behold I finally got something in the mail that their chip went through! Mind you this was a difficult process and took over 2 mo this because they kept using past income records etc..,, well let me tell you this office called Children and youth services out of concern " b/c of the well being of my sons dental health " so they say b/c I cancelled they're scheduled appointments which were scheduled 6 months out by my husband was way to ashamed to tell them we had no way of paying. Had they called me and voiced their concern of the dental work that needed to be done and why I had canceled I would've gladly told them. Well here comes a knock at the door a caseworker said he just came from visiting my sons school to do a well check. He talked to both my 5 and 8 yr old which of course there were no findings. However I was completely embarrassed I didn't even know a dental office could call in a report of " neglect" b/c of calling to cancel appointments! Well I had the state insurance and guess what they denied the CHIP and said I would have to seek service elsewhere, I immediately made an appointment with another dental provider that accepted it and am so glad I did, best choice I made for them! I'm traumatized by their actions! and they were worried about my children's dental health but told me to take a hike, with chip insurance ! Also they scheduled 6 diff visits for extractions for baby teeth . This new office did it all one shot, doctors were awesome and I never was made to feel ashamed. This all happened when I was 7 months pregnant which I ended up having my son early I wonder why . Stress a factor! I have never been involved with Cys and this office really opened my eyes to the stigmas of this world! The case was immediately and unfounded and closed but the emotional scars will never leave! I had all their records transferred and told them I was seeing a new practice b/c Kids teeth denied my new insurance but guess who calls for "their scheduled visit". They are so worried but still had my children on their roster to be seen for work to be done, Months later. I'm dumbfounded by their billing and patient data/records they obviously don't know anything but money money money! I wanted to like this office so bad it's a shame.

I was shocked by the complete lack of regard and professionalism. After spending 80 minutes in the car driving to our appointment due to incredibly bad weather and Christmas shopping traffic they cancelled on me. I called to let them know our situation and that I would be a little late. Instead of showing great care and customer service and understanding they cancelled on me as I was approaching. They cared more about closing up shop right at 5pm and getting home. They showed absolutely no flexibility or patience. Their priorities are pretty obvious.

My son had an emergency visit after a bad fall - they saw him same day and even stayed a little after their close time to do so. Facility very clean and kid friendly and staff was great with kids.

From my experience with Dr. Annie Creato, I can say with confidence that I've never met a healthcare professional with such principled work ethic, a passion for people, and selflessness towards service. After not taking the best care of my teeth for over a decade, I was lucky enough to get to be one of Dr. Annie's "Guinea Pigs," for lack of a better term, in her early dental school years. She found and fixed several problems throughout my entire mouth that other dentists had completely overlooked; she took the time to reverse all the damage in a timely manner before my teeth became unsalvageable. She went out of her way to make sure I was at maximum comfort/minimum pain while I was in her care. We all know dental work is not always the most desirable after school activity and most people typically avoid their dentists at all costs. She somehow made the entire experience enjoyable and extremely informative. She was never judgmental or punishing; only ever compassionate. I was blown away, I did not expect such outstanding treatment. I can attest that because of my experience with Dr. Annie, I still have all my teeth today and confidence in my smile. She made a big impact on me and I know she's making a huge difference in countless children's lives. I was thrilled to hear of her new practice. *in addition: I work with the special needs population and I know Dr. Annie to be a miracle worker in some of the most difficult cases involving children with developmental disabilities. She goes above and beyond to treat every patient specific to their individual needs. I will 10/10 always recommend her to every parent I know in the surrounding area and when I have kids of my own they will definitely be in her chair.

My kids have been long time patients of Dr. Field and absolutely loved her. Was sad to see her go... my child recently had a cavity filling with Dr. Katie who is newer to the practice and had a great experience. She was kind, gentle, and encouraging and was great with my child.
