KidShine Kapolei is the best. The team makes my keikis feel like they're being taken care of by family instead of being at a doctors office. Dr. Supriya is the best! She helped make my daughter feel comfortable during her cleaning. We appreciate you all so much!

We got the there 15 minutes early and it still took them 20 minutes over our regular time to be see . Then another 20 minutes of waiting in the back to begin. Then the dentist has the audacity to openly complain constantly about my 5 year old "moving" after having her wait around for over an hour. Not being nice or patient, instantly complaining.

The staff are amazing! From when you first walk in to when you leave. Awesome, friendly service! My kids enjoy coming to the dentist now (after switching to KidShine). They make sure your child is comfortable before they being anything.

This dentist office is always great! From the time we get into the door till the time we leave.from the receptionist,to the assistants,to the hygienist to the drs.it is always a great visit!

First time we went it was good experience. Only problem was they over charged us on bill. So today we had an appointment at 8:15 ended up waiting for 40 mins in the lobby because our insurance wasn't updated which my wife called them week before the appointment to update the policy. It's hard because my son has been sitting there patiently to be seen for 40 minutes and even if we were close to being seen he still has to sit there even longer to get his teeth done. Will be seeing a new dentist. They even showed me what was being done on his teeth today and the charges and they noticed as they were showing me the bill that it wasn't updated either for my son.

Awesome experience w my oldest daughter she loves that she can easily watch her fave shows while getting her teeth cleaned & checked out. As for my youngest daughter the hygienist & Dr helped her keep calm & distracted so she didn't have to worry so much about what was going on - this was her first time to the dentist.
