Today was my kids first time at Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry and it was amazing. My daughter is very shy and was super nervous but both the hygienist (I didn't get her name) and Dr. Brett were so kind and made her feel comfortable. Will definitely recommend to everyone I can!!

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Also they are all very great with children of all ages, great office and amazing staff, I would definitely recommend this children's dentistry:)

My 7yo typically has histrionic meltdowns at the dentist--but not THIS time! She had her first visit with Dr. Packham today and he and his staff were AMAZING! She didn't cry AT ALL!!! In fact she came home and raved about how great it was--how she got to pick a movie to watch and use headphones, how Dr. Packham talked her through each step of the process, and how she got tokens for prizes. She didn't mention anything about her cleaning or the prophalactic coating they put on her back molars! My husband took her but I wish I could have been there to witness this because it is literally my dream come true!

Staff was very friendly and the dentist showed real concern for the kids and ensured any questions/concerns we had were answered.

Always the friendliest and attentive staff. I went to my sons appointment a week early! But they still penciled me in that day so I didn't eat the drive. Very accommodating and flexible. The environment is so kid friendly with all their fun murals. My son always points out the characters from the movies he's seen. They make a simple cleaning or even a long procedure so comfortable and inviting. Overall my favorite pediatric dentistry.

Brought my 2 year old in to get her lip tie and some cavities fixed. The staff were all SO kind and helped it seemed less scary. The procedure was done timely and actually cost less than their original estimate which was a nice surprise! I've been so impressed with the receptionist, Abbie. She is so sweet to the kiddos and is really good at her job. Dr Renn and the anesthesiologist were both kind and took the time to explain everything to us beforehand to help ease my momma nerves. I wish I could use them for me and not just my kids! Haha. Maybe I'd do better at the dentist.

So quick and friendly. They get us in early whenever they can and don't make us wait til our scheduled time if they are free. Very honest and safe environment and great with kids. Love this place and the cleanliness.

FABULOUS - Dentist talked to me as a parent as an intellectual - staff was so great...My 2.5 was so comfortable...They let him sit in my lap and just lay him back on my lap. Dr Packham then could perform his exam just fine. They had fish tanks, toys in the waiting room...asked which kind of toy my kid wanted to take home?! Who wouldn't want to go to the dentist? Great environment for all...So grateful!

Such a cool place! We've only gone to family dentists before so it was great to see a dentist office catered exclusively to kids. My two kiddos got to do their appointments side by side, and they got to watch a movie on the ceiling with headphones while they had their teeth cleaned, and they were able to keep watching while we waited for the dentist to come do their evaluations. The hygienists were so good with them, especially with my youngest who is a bit skittish sometimes with new things and new people. At the end they each got a token to put in the prize machine. The waiting area entertainment was great too--my kids didn't want to leave. The whole appointment was super fast and efficient. So much better than a regular dentist where the wait time can be long and the kids get crazy and impatient.
