Hi, Im Dr. Brett, and welcome to Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry! I have been around kids my entire life. Being the oldest of six children, I had many opportunities to babysit and interact with younger siblings. I was always told I had a great way with kids. It wasnt until a professor in dental school told me that I had a gift with children and that it would be a disservice to dentistry if I didnt work with them that I realized working with kids is one of my lifes true passions. My partner Renn Veater and I started Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry in September of 2010. Although we have grown to three offices in Weber and Davis County, we are a family-owned business and take pride in the individual service and attention we provide each child who walks through our doors.
Through extensive training at Primary Childrens Pediatric Dental Residency, I truly feel comfortable treating any dental situation that comes through our doors. Thank you for trusting me and the doctors here at Kids Town to take care of your childs dental needs. Having four children of my own, I understand the importance of finding a provider that you trust to take exceptional care of your child regardless of the care they may need. Here at Kids Town, our mission statement is that we will always care for your child as we would our own.

Our first visit was a very positive experience for both of my teens. The staff was very friendly, the hygienist was kind and the cleaning was thorough and done quickly. Dr Packham helped my teens feel at ease and he took time to get to know them. We are very glad we chose Kids Town Dental.

Absolutely great experience from starting to finish. They made sure to get my insurance info before the appointment so we knew what to expect. Then Kenna did such an amazing job explaining x-rays to my 5 and 3 year old so they understood and weren't nervousat all. And she was so gentle with their cleaning. And Dr. Tate was great and answered all questions. Such a great experience for my nervous kids.

They're so great! Always kind and great with the kiddos. Dr Tate is present and takes his time to go over everything. My daughter asks to go back again, for days following her appointments! Ha Definitely recommend.

We've been bringing our boys here for 4 years and we couldn't be more pleased! Our boys love coming here and the staff always treats them with compassion and respect. Everything is always explained to them in a way that they understand. I would recommend Kids Town Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with children!

Kids Town Pediatric Dental was amazing. My son has SPD and was struggling. The entire staff was patient and meet my son where he was taking it slow and alowing him time to adjust. Highly recommend them!!!

Can't say enough great things about Kids Town! My son has severe anxiety and when he needed cavities filled we decided to try sleep dentistry at Kids Town to have them worked on. Dr. Brett was amazing as was the anesthesiologist. We had such a positive overall experience. Fast forward two years. 5 More cavities for our SPD kiddo who hates toothpaste, brushing teeth and anything in his mouth. Once again it's going to require sedation to have them worked on. We decide to drive the 5 hours just to schedule with Kids Town because that's how phenomenal our experience had been last time. Once again, everything went smoothly and our son had a very positive experience. Thank You! Thank you for taking such great care of our little guy.

I only have great things to say about Kids Town pediatrics!! Dr. Brett has been my daughter's dentist since her very first appointment. He has taken great care of her teeth for over 13 years now. His staff is always welcoming and friendly. I super recommend them to anyone! They also have 3 locations so you can easily find the time you want to schedule at one of those locations.

The hygienist was so great with my 4 year old son who until our visit (1st time here) hadn't let any hygienist touch his mouth. Though he was still scared, she worked really well with him to help him feel comfortable taking it real slow and offering him to brush his own teeth. Of course she took over after allowing him a moment. We thank her so much for working so well with him. Love the environment and treatment of staff. My kids love going to the dentist because of great experiences like these. He got a hold token when he finished getting teeth clean and another after xrays.

We have been to Kids Town for cleanings a few times- have had good experiences in the past. Today however, my 4 year old son was nervous about being at the dentist and it took a few minutes to get him calmed down. The assistant really wanted to move things along so she said she would just brush his teeth with a toothbrush. Once she did this and he saw that she wasn't going to hurt him he calmed down so I asked if he could get the full cleaning, she told me they didn't have time to do it anymore and basically just having his teeth brushed would have to do. So today we scheduled a cleaning, we were billed for a cleaning but my son only got his teeth brushed. Something I can do for him at home. Really disappointing. My review would be that if you have a child who has no hesitancy about running in, hopping in the chair and letting them rush through a cleaning- this is the place for you. I believe they schedule their appointments to be about 5 minute slots for a cleaning. If you want a dentist office who will be understanding of your child's feelings, have time to get the job done right and won't make you feel extremely stressed and rushed- find somewhere else. They lost our business today- we will be going elsewhere.

My sweet lil guy went to the dentist for his first visit! He did awesome! Way better than I expected because he is a bit weird over his teeth. He got the cleaning, flossing (it tickled a lot lol), X-rays on the front of his teeth, fluoride and the dentist said his teeth are perfect! I am so grateful we went to kids town dentistry! The place was spectacular and beautifully decorated. The hygienist was so sweet and she did great! The dentist was so kind and they both knew how to talk to my lil guy! So proud! He even got a fun present!!!
