They WANTED me to let my 6 yr old daughter go in the back just her and the dentist by herself, what's that about, I don't trust when people are hiding something, but I said NO THANK YOU, and found another dentist that has no problem with the parent going in the back with them... SOMETHING SHADY GOING ON PEOPLE, WATCH YOUR KIDS AROUND THIS DENTIST

I took my three kids to the dentist on December 23, 2020 at 2 o'clock. My kids have been going there for maybe three years. My youngest is five and after his exams it was determined that he needed one tooth removed and some caps put in. We were informed that we were unable go back there with him due to Covid restrictions. We were the only ones in the office. My son was screaming and crying very loudly. So my husband asked to go back just to comfort him and let him know that it was OK and that the dentist was there to help him. The receptionist was very rude and told him due to Covid he cannot go back there and that kids cry. She stated she has a three-year-old and she knows how these things go. Her tone was beyond Condescending. She stated that we had signed a consent form stating that we understood the Covid rules. She told my husband if he tried to go back there she was going to tell the dentist that we no longer wanted the procedure done. My husband specified that he was NOT asking for the procedure to be stopped, he was merely asking to be present with my son who was terrified of what was happening. (Side note) A few minutes after us getting there the receptionist met with a man at the front door who was there to pick up some package from her. She hugged him and gave him a box and he gave her money. The nature of this exchange was personal and it took place at work on the clock. It was clear this was not someone she's around regularly, otherwise the interaction wouldn't have needed to take place in the middle of her work day. I say this to point out that though she was adamant about enforcing Covid regulations on us, she herself had no actual interest in abiding by the rules. So we did not understand why my husband was initially barred from going to comfort my son but she could have an interaction with someone who is not supposed to be in the building at all. The dentist finally let my husband go back. My husband spoke to my son and my son allowed them to do the procedure. My husband stepped back into the lobby so as to not disturb the dentist. My son screamed the whole time as he was scared and in pain. When I got my son back I noticed that his face and neck was red but I assumed it was because he was screaming. later that night when I went to go put him to bed I noticed he had a bruise on the side of his neck and on the back of his neck. The dentist had a team of two assistants with him. My sons body was strapped to the exam table with a Velcro mechanism. There was no such mechanism to hold his head in place. We are certain that the bruises on his body are from his head and neck being held too firmly in place. We have already changed his dentist and will not be going back there. We also have already reported them to the board.

The receptionist/ person making the appointments made a mistake.. I called her on it and she gave me a attitude. My son mother called and she gave my son mother attitude too. This place and the receptionist are terrible. Don't use this place. You've been warned.

Not a good dentist. We for a second opinion and its night and day. Will not be going back. Two crowns have fallen out. the second crown the tooth was rotten under it, and had to be pulled.

My kid usually hates going to the dentist but this place was awesome. Excellent staff and simple explanation of what she needed. Didn't have to wait too long and treatment was done on the same day. We will be coming back for sure.
