My child was referred to Dr Hayes since she has pretty bad anxiety about the dentist and fillings. She goes REGULARLY for check ups. Dr Hayes did 10x what Kids Kare did. She needed way more work than Kids Kare said. You'd think going to check ups you'd know these things prior to the severity it was instead of just getting a "yup looks good". If you want to save yours or your children's teeth DO NOT go here at all costs. Travel to cruces for Dr. Hayes or get his appointments when he goes to the Ben Archer in Alamogordo. He'll actually show you and explain and be patient with your child. Not just a 2 second PEEK. Absolutely infuriating!!!! Do your job and care for your patients oral care.

Been sitting in the lobby for over an hour with a toddler now. I don't think this place understands what an appointment is. They make you sign all these forms about canceling or rescheduling appointments, something like $50 for canceling and $25 for rescheduling. They owe me money for missing the appointment they made with me.

My wife and son both had their appointments at 11:00am, we showed up 15 minutes early as this is their first time at this dental office. We waited until after 12:30pm for the dentist to finally see them. Absolutely ridiculous, their appointments were for regular cleaning/check-ups. Never have I ever waited so long at a dentist office. Highly recommend looking for another location for yours or your families needs.

I always dread coming here. The ladies in the front and the X-ray technician are all super awesome and nice. I have NO IDEA why it takes the doctor over an hour to come see us. We are even in the room near the employee room where he is I'm assuming his having lunch. All we had to wait for was him. Only reason we keep coming back it's the closest one to us. We now will just consider driving to las cruces it's ridiculous.

I had a total of 3 appointments at this dental office. During my Last appointment on August 24th. 2021, I had a tooth extrcted. The tooth extraction proceedure was prolonged for about 3 weeks, because the dentist believed that the tooth pain was due to gum disease, and not due to the cavity underneath the filling of my tooth. I was able to speed up the process of the extraction by pressuring the dentist with a Medical Doctor's request. The receptionist was rude and very vulgar, not answering directly when questioned, and avaded giving the correct answers due to lack of knowledge or dislike.

There are a few people I would like to thank for an absolutely fantastic experience. I would like to thank "C" my dental hygienist. I call her "C" only because I forgot her name. She was very kind and caring. I would also like to thank Amber and Dr. Rhodes. I don't know how long the two have been working together but they were we're both very thorough and professional In recommendations and options for my dental needs. ....... And last but not least, I would like to thank Yesenia, the young lady that handles all the greenbacks.. She was pleasant efficient and very kind. So take it from me, the people at Kids Kare really do care! From the ladies at the front desk who were very kind to me to the young lady who took my x-rays all get five stars in my book.

My kids had their first cleaning on this dentist since we moved to town a few months ago, it took them almost one hour to send us back to do the cleaning, and of course we waited more in the back for the doctor to see my kids, I guess theirs only one doctor for every patient. They finally finished after 2 hours. My son and I had to return the next morning for a filling and when we got there the front office lady didn't even bother to say good morning or hello, she didn't even bother to look at me. Very unprofessional if you have someone working in the front with customers. Staff in the back where nice tho.

Kids Care is always full but has always done a wonderful job on my teeth. Socorro cleaned my teeth and was very considerate about questions of my care. This is not only for children but for adults as well. Parents who bring all their children are very fortunate to have them care for them. My opinion is that people who expect to have the staff jump once they arrive are not being considerate of the.jobs being done behind the scenes where something unexpected could be happening. My advice is on the day you are to arrive make time off for an hour longer so YOU DONT FEEL RUSHEX. Because if you don't...if you feel it necessary to leave bad comment s then go pay higher prices elsewhere. My Opinion of course.

We had a appointment at 1:00pm for both my boys. We didn't get to the back until little after 2:00pm. It took 45 minutes for the technician to clean their teeth. We waited for another 10 minutes for the dentist to come in before we walked out. I have been suffering from a major anxiety attack all day. If I was to call to cancel or move it they would charge me $50 for each child. And while there my anxiety was so bad I was experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath. This office is so bad I'm changing dental care. They are below a "1star"

Worst office people. Cancel an appointment and then say we can't see you for 3 months.Take time off work and pull my child out of school early. Office space is dirty and outdated. Would not recommend this place to a single person. Should get zero stars.

Kind, patient and quick--even when they're super busy! Little dude has had a cleaning and another time got 3 fillings done no problem--a year ago it wouldn't have been possible. They shower him with toys every time and now he looks forward to going more than he does to the doctor.

WARNING!!!! The worst dental office I've ever been to in my life They make you wait hours and waste your time and they also work on different patients at the same time they're helping it's been such an uncomfortable experience I had work done on my teeth and had to come back Three extra appointments because the dentist couldn't fix it correctly I will definitely be reporting this dental clinic.

Would not recommend going there unless you have a few hours to spare. Been there three different times everytime it has took 45 minutes to an hour just to be seated in the back. Then another 30 to 45 min to be seen. Then they have the nerve to ask you to wait to schedule another appointment. No thank you I understand sometimes offices get behind but this seems like an everyday thing.

They did 15 minutes of work on my son for us to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to tell us to go up front to make another appointment. We then wait another 20 min for them to realize that they misplaced his chart and we were waiting for no reason and could have been out of there 20 minutes ago . But why did we wait the 30 minutes in the back for the dentist to come tell us we were done . This place always makes us wait at least 30 minutes to an hour to be seen . I took my son out of school to wait . Very unprofessional all around .
