We love Dr. Song! My son has been going there for years and he trusts him. Staff is excellent and efficient. Highly recommended!

Today my son had an appointment with Dr. Song who treated him horrendously. After coming there for a few years and hearing how rude he was to his employees (my daughter even told him he was being rude to his employees and he didn't seem to care ) we had an experienced him being rude to us. My son was nervous about his appointment because he gets nervous around doctors and dentists. He pulled my older daughter who helped out and brought him to the appointment for us since my husband and I were both at work, aside to ask if he had problems in the head because a 10-year-old shouldn't be nervous. Then said that she needs to tell us to stop treating him like a 5-year-old because we apparently don't discipline him that's why he's nervous. My son also simply asked the doctor if he had any cavities and the doctor said that he was not going to tell him anything until after the appointment was over. He flat out refused to communicate with my son. He's losing our business and I'm going to hope that you read this and choose to not use that office anymore!!

Highly recommend Dr Song. He has been seeing my kids for 10+ years and they have always had a great experience at the Dentist.

I don't think I'll be able to convince my son to go to a dentist ever again after that experience. All I can say is holy sh*t.

We love Dr. Song! Both of my children see him for their dental needs. He is the most honest, caring and knowledgeable dentist I've ever encountered. He truly cares about his patient's well being and makes sure they are ok, even after a more complex procedure. Highly recommend him!!

Dr. Song has taken care of my boys since the beginning. From baby teeth, through having braces and now on the verge of them being adults. Over the years my sons have repeatedly voiced their appreciation for his approach with them, all while I have admired the quality his care of their teeth. Our family enthusiastically recommends "Kids First".

I used to work with Dr Song for about 3 months, I left because he was rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to treat his employees and accuses them of things that were done way before any of us have been employed there. He does not fully clean your child's teeth he just does the main front teeth. He told the parents that have asked for me that I had been fired because I didn't put in a payment which is a complete LIE! I left due to personal reasons and he begged me to stay and i said no! I do not recommend you bring your children to this office. Please think twice about it.

Dr. Song's office is immaculate, welcoming, kid friendly & the staff is just as welcoming. The office is decorated with bright colors & the decor is all about making your kids feel like this a place that's meant for them. The ceiling tiles are clouds looking through Cherry Blossom tress & they have a large flat screen TV that always have a Disney movie on. Also, the kids are welcome to bring their fav. DVD from home to watch on the TV screen on the ceiling as the kids are examined. We NEVER wait more than 5 mins. to be seen. Dr. Song is ALWAYS positive, energetic, & seems excited to see your children. He has an amazing way with the kids. I've been taking my kids to this practice for 10 years now & will stay with this practice. Dr. Song always takes the time to explain your children's x-rays & exams in detail & with visual aides such as models of teeth as well as x-rays & computer images. I never feel rushed & always feel welcomed. I, & more importantly, my children would highly recommend Dr. Song. My kids love going there & have never feared the dentist.

By far the BEST kids dentist!!! We moved over 15 miles away and we STILL come here. Communication, knowledge and office procedures actually make my sons look forward to the dentist. Cutting edge on technology and excitement for his profession make Dr. Song the best pediatric dentist around.

My daughter is his first patient. All my kids go to Dr Song. He is wonderful and gentle with children. Dr Song explains details of the office visit to the parent, we are never rushed and he is always on time. The office has state of the art technology.

The most I'll mannered, rude and arrogant doctor I have ever seen. He started quarrelling with me when I requested no X rays. Basically he threw us out of his office with zero decency and politeness.
