You know a place is bad....when even months after the appointment...I had to check to see if I left a review. And still feel the need to do so. This was the first and last time I had gone to this office. (1) I made an appointment at this dental office only for them to cancel it because they had said that the insurance was no good. They however didn't call to confirm that it wasn't good, they just canceled it without notice. It wasn't until I received a text message indicating a new date of service that I called for an explanation. Btw....insurance was fine, they told me they couldn't explain what happened and they gave me the original scheduled appointment back (not without them first trying to continue to change the date and time). (2) Prior to heading into the appointment, you can fill out all the paperwork online to avoid having to complete in the office. Unfortunately, though completed....they could not locate. Resulting in a new set of paperwork to be completed. (3) the actual exam went well....one of my daughters back teeth was missing. Didnt come in for some reason. But they couldn't do an xray because the machine was down. So, I don't know if it'll ever come in, or....never come in (which is possible, as discussed with the dentist.) So I left without a complete exam of my daughters teeth. (4) Silver Lining- Dentist and Hygienist were soo sweet and nice. Honestly, if not for the disorganization/ malfunctioning machinery they would stand out as awesome. Hence the added star. (5) To even cancel the next appointment I have coming. I wanted to wait until we had a new dentist before canceling. I couldn't reach anyone....called 3 times during business hours and no one answered the phone. Sincerely, this is why they are so disorganized. It's such a hassle even to cancel the appointment. Why bother?

Horrible place. At this point they lost all my trust. Cancelling appointments, changing them without notification and treating customers like garbage. I wish they had negative stars because that's what I would give them.

Their attitudes are so rude, I told them my kid need a urgent care , they never care you. And always randomly cancel your schedules

I had to leave without my daughter being seen because the receptionist was so rude. He was rude both in person and on the phone. He made us wait in the rain outside to fill out the paperwork. When I completed the paperwork and called to be let in, he didn't open the door to let us in and we waited an additional 5 minutes outside. I feel bad for the owner of this business. He or she just lost an entire family of customers with great insurance.

I was happy to take my kids to his office in Brewster but lately They keep cancelling their appointments and the staff member who answered the phone was rude . She did not let me finish my question and hang up on me . Now I am very disappointed.

Amazing doctor. He was so patient with my son. My son has adhd/odd and I was so scared of how the visit would go but my fears were quickly squashed as soon as the dr walked in.Thank you for being so kind.

You can just tell this office truly loves what they do! I'm treated with the most respect and honesty. The doctor in the office is great very detailed on what is being done to my child! Which is the most important port Becsuse I do not know what is causing my child pain !!!! I cannot stress how helpful the 2 in the front were for me they make sure I found an appointment that fit MY schedule not theirs I will be returning and telling my Facebook group about you guys !!! THANK YOU KIDS FAMILY DENTAL

It's a nice place, my 6 years old felt comfortable and not nervous the staff is nice. Loved the doctor. I was ready to pay cash thinking they did not take his insurance that's God front desk asked if he had insurance before hitting me with a bill of thousands.

Dr Debiase is the best!!! He is very caring. Both my children love him! They always look forward to their check ups. I agree that the reception could be run a little better. Great doctor, thats what's most important!

The environment and staff are so children-centered, so professional and kind and thorough. It feels good to be able to take one's kids to a dentist office such as this. Current Covid protocols are also excellent. Complete confidence and nothing but satisfaction.

In all honesty I wasn't not expecting much! However I ended up being pleasantly surprised. My kids got the work done they need it and they left with a big smile on their faces
