In the rare occasion they don't cancel your appointment then the service is actually really good. The facilities are very nice and clean and the staff friendly. However my last three appointments have been canceled and rescheduled without a reason given.

Once you get past the terrible front desk people, everyone else is great. They do not answer calls or emails. fair enough I suppose, short staffed. But, when they do answer they love to belittle and berate you and send you elsewhere. The employee I spoke to today borderline yelled at me, crazy they are allowed to work with kids when they treat adult patients like that.

My favorite place" I been going to children & family dentist for some years now.. actually my whole family goes here" it's a great place to take your family.. I highly recommend children & family dental to all family's that's interested in the best service... children & family dental is the one..

I have been going to this dentist for several of years. They do not answer phone calls or return calls when messages are left. Anytime you are sick they tell you to reschedule or if you cannot make it to reschedule but never answer calls or return messages..there are times they canceled my appointment without notifying me and now they state that I miss several of appointments and now I am inactive to be a patient there. They did so much damage to my teeth that they are supposed to fix and always continuously canceling my appointments. And when call the office and finally got a hold of someone I was told I was kicked out the office as a patient and no longer allowed to make appointments due to their mistakes... as I see in all the reviews on here this is a big concern.. I would never recommend this dentistry to noone. I also removed my children from this office due to they are very rough on tiny teeth and always cause my children gums to bleed

Front desk reception rude .Having personal call on speaker one with patient and kids in waiting area so loud talking. Not professional. Patient don't want to hair personal conversation in the waiting area rude . Other then receptionist. My child visit went great quick and personal job done on my child. No personal calls at front door waiting area receptionist desk on speaker phone please.

It I could give it zero I would. This place is terrible and horrible. When I get my teeth cleaned they do not "clean" the teeth. They "clean" the gums. And then when my gums obviously start to bleed a lot they tell me it's cause I'm not brushing instead of taking responsibility for the fact that they are cutting up my gums with their sharp tools. I was just in there today for tooth/jaw pain after them canceling time and time again. Apparently I had a cavity that turned into a root canal cavity. Having just been in there I demanded to know why it wasn't caught before it got this serious. They told me that I had work done on that tooth before so they didn't know. Well I haven't had work done on that tooth so obviously they lied to me. Horrible place. I hope to change dentists as soon as possible. Definitely don't take kids there. Especially if they have anxiety

This time it was a dissapointment as my daughter had to wait for close to an hour post which we had to leave without the doctor seeing my daughter as the doctor was busy. I have to come again to see the doctor.

Been going to this place for many years now ,but when covid hit this place was a disaster with no calls to let know appointments were canceled. I decided to wait over two years to finally get an appointment an was treated the best service their , the receptionist Michael is amazing, the hygienist was a great an made sure nothing was hurting, a lot of laughs an stories being talked about while doing this whole process. Yes the reviews are awful due to last staffing but let's say a lot did change their an im very happy to be a member back at kids an family dental office

I love my visit today my son and I both had our teeth clean ,X-rays and examinations. The hygienist and all the associates were very nice and helpful.

I finally found a new dentist I like after almost 5 years. Everything I've had done was done well and timely. They are great about answering any questions that you have.

The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. They always follow through with their cancellation list and squeezing people in. My kids enjoy themselves very much, everyone makes it a fun time for them.

Careless customer treatment. No one was present at reception desk and then when my son asked about it they said he was late and sent him off without seeing a dentist. They blame the customer first for their inattention rather than try to be helpful. Their dentistry work is not bad but you have to get through very unfriendly frontline staff to get it.
