Our team has a holistic approach to oral health which focuses on prevention and overall health, not only treatment. Preventive dentistry is particularly important for children, whose teeth, mouth and gums are still developing. Preventing abnormal growth and cavities in children is easier, more painless and less costly than treating dental problems after theyve fully developed. More importantly, having a healthy mouth helps children maintain better nutrition, self-esteem and overall health. We look at the whole picture of your childs oral and physical health. Our Practice Management Group is a socially entrepreneurial business that utilizes the design thinking approach and works with private, public and academic partners and affiliates to help create the best possible health care experience and outcomes for every child and family served. Our current focus is on to expand our social entrepreneurial model in pediatric dental and orthodontic services to allow cross-subsidization of services by creating brands that deliver to various socioeconomic market sectors.

Meet our team of changemakers. We all work together to assure that all that is possible is done to help every child have an empowering experience during their dental visit. Our goal is not only to improves a childs oral health but also just as importantly, to help boost every childs confidence that we are so privileged to care for. To achieve this we train all of our team members to be knowledgeable and sensitive to the unique needs of childrens oral health issues. Our team of Drs have a wide range of experience in treating children and adolescents dental needs. In addition to our many board-certified pediatric dentists, we also have Drs who have additional training and experience in adolescent dentistry, dental oncology, oral surgery, laser dentistry, I.V. sedation and orthodontics. All of our Drs, dental hygienists and assistants are required to continuously go through our quality improvement, assurance, and control program to assure every child is receiving the best dental care possible that is unique to the childs development needs. Through our affiliation with Mount Sinai Health System and the Pediatric Dental Residency Program at the Icahn School of Medicine, we can assure that every child is appropriately attended to irrespective of the complex nature of their dental and medical needs.

I have been coming to this office ever since my 1st child was 4 yrs old. Now both my boys come here, 10 yr and 5 yr. In all those years I have never had inconvenience at all. Appointments on time and at my schedule. Especially on Sundays!

I have been coming to this office since my daughter started to her dental health and all I can say is that they are amazing with kids. She is already 11 and she loves to come for her regular check up. They are very professionals and make kids their priority. We just had our six months appointment and the staff as usual was great. I highly recommend this office to parents because their job is clean, safe and very professional. If I could give them more stars l would. Keep up the good work! BTW it was Woodside office.

This office used to be great with kids with/without disabilities. But today they failed us there is also a receptionist who has no understanding of ADA very rude to my family I already explained that my daughter has special needs, therefore, she needs little accommodations. She gave me an attitude telling me my appointment is at 12:30 and we arrived at 12:15. We waited so long to be seen by a dentist but the dentist didn't do anything I begged that her teeth need cleaning. Will not recommend this dentist's office again.

I'm impressed about how this office handles their "patients". I've called several times to reschedule an appointment, have left messages for a call back because the calls always go to a call center that always says: "we're experiencing a high call volume at this time, leave a message...", no matter what time of the day you call. If you need to schedule a weekend appointment they will give a weekday appointment then tell you to call a week before your app. day to see if they can give you a weekend appointment. When you call They NEVER return your call. I don't understand. If you leave a message, why don't they return your call? What kind of business is this? It's a shame that dr. Attai (owner of the company) doesn't do anything about it. It's just frustrating! Sometime ago I had a bad experience at this dental office with Dr. Martha. My son had an emergency visit because he got his loose tooth pulled out at home and I didn't know whether his entire tooth had come out and he was complaining that it hurt to the point that he couldn't sleep well. He hadn't had an x-ray in more than a year. I asked Dr. Martha to take one and she said it wasn't necessary. (My son has history of cavities). I insisted, explaining to her that he hadn't had one done in more than a year and I was afraid they would find something that needed to be taken care of. She told me there's no reason for him to take one since he has an appointment in a month and they would do that on the next appointment(The appointment he has it was actually in almost two months). And also she mentioned that they were busy with other patients. So does it mean because it was an emergency visit we are treated less than other patients? I asked her to take it today, like this, if something was found on the x-ray, on the next appointment he would have a treatment, since they NEVER treat a child on the same day when they find something wrong on the x-ray. (I don't know why they don't treat). She even mentioned to me that if they took an x-ray the insurance would not cover. I went to the lady at the front desk and asked her and was told it would definitely cover since my child didn't have one for over a year. I'm extremely disappointed, I felt the doctor didn't care about my child's health and did not listen to a parent's concern. Very frustrating!! (THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN!) stay away from this place!

I'm 15 and ive been a person attending this dentist all my life. years ago it used to be great but now all the staff seem to be new and inexperienced. the last 2 visits my mouth has been sore and left bleeding from a simple teeth clean appointment. my visit today was terrible, they changed my appointment time without me or my mother knowing making us "late". the staff are fooling around in the back area usually.

If you are seeking a reliable, patient, supported and clean location for your children to get their teeth looked after, this is NOT that place! Their phone service is very unreliable. They NEVER answer their phone, blaming it on COVID, which at this point in the game, is a very lame excuse for not having the staff to pick up the phone! The environment is not very well put together and staff seem to have no sense of who they are seeing, going from room to room, keeping your child waiting while they listen to other children scream in either fear or pain. Honestly, if your child needs work or has a fear of going and being seen by a dentist, again, this in NOT the place!

When they moved I didn't get a notification but I didn't mind because we are custom the people in that practice. Now with COVID, we have to stay in the reception area (I respect that) AFTER WAITING A WHOLE HOUR MY SON CAME OUT WITH ANOTHER PROCEDURE THAT I NEVER WAS TALKED ABOUT OR GAVE CONSENT. 1) The procedure is not needed 2) I never gave consent 3) the procedure was not just a clean!
