Dr. Jackson is one of the few Board-Certified orthodontists in Austin, Texas. With this honor, Dr.Jackson has become one of the leading orthodontic providers. He is committed to patient comfort and shorter treatment times. As an esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Jackson earned his dental degree from Meharry Medical College before completing a specialized post-graduate residency in orthodontics at The Ohio State University. He has received training in each of the newest technological advancements in orthodontics, including Invisalign, self-ligating braces, robotic orthodontics, 3-D imaging, accelerated orthodontics and more. When not in the office, Dr. Jackson enjoys giving back to his community through volunteer work with his church. There, he helps lead the ministry for middle schoolers. He also enjoys skiing, reading, movies, golf, fitness training, motorcycles, basketball, and football.

Dr. Tran has been practicing dentistry for over 10+ years and was inspired to pursue orthodontics after her own treatment in braces. Having experienced first hand how orthodontics can transform a persons smile and boost ones confidence, she is excited to provide that service to our patients.

Dr. Tran attended the University of the Pacifics (UOP) accelerated Pre-Dental program. While at UOP, she received her Bachelors in Science graduating summa cum laude in 3 years majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. She also studied abroad in Alicante, Spain where she learned Spanish and studied Spanish cuisine. Dr. Tran completed her dental education at the UCLA School of Dentistry. During her time at UCLA, she was President of the Vietnamese Dental Student Association and was able to provide dental treatment to the locals in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Dr. Tran was chosen to represent UCLA in a Dental Exchange program where she spent time at the Universities of Asahi and Meikai Dental schools in Japan. Immediately following dental school, Dr. Tran completed her Masters in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Loma Linda University.

Prior to coming to Austin, Dr. Tran owned her own office in the Bay Area where she was committed to providing the highest level of patient care that she plans to continue here in Texas. In her free time, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with her family, fiance, and friends. Her hobbies include exercising, running with her two dogs (Charlie & Cooper) and traveling.

I received my undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX. I attended Dental School at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I continued my education at the University of Illinois in Chicago completing a General Practice Residency. It was then that I realized how much I enjoyed working with children and decided to pursue my specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. After my training, I returned to Texas and started Kids Dental Smiles in 2006. I have enjoyed every minute since.

I am a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. I am a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I am also a member of my local Chamber of Commerce having strong ties and commitment to my community.

I have three wonderful children who teach me something new everyday. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies and live music, playing tennis and basketball, and spending time with family. I wake up every morning feeling truly privileged to do what I do and honored to know that you trust our office to take care of your child's dental needs.

I grew up in North Texas, and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996. In 2001, I completed dental school at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. I attended Baylor College of Dentistry where I completed my Pediatric Dentistry residency in 2006. I am a board certified Pediatric Dentist. I proudly served 8 years in the U.S. Air Force before returning to Austin in 2009.

My beautiful wife and I have an amazing little girl that is truly the light of our lives. I have learned to love tea parties and playing dress up. When I can find free time I enjoy running, golf, hiking, kayaking, and playing guitar. I feel honored that you have trusted our team with the care of your child.
