Dr. Jeff Holt and our team ofpediatric dentists,orthodontists,dental hygienists, and dental assistants welcome you to Kids Dental located in Plano and Carrollton. All of our clinical staff members are registered by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. Ourdental hygienists, registered dental assistants (RDA), and/or certified dental assistants (CDA)are licensed in radiology, infection control, and jurisprudence. Most importantly they all love kids and are experts in guiding children through the dental experience.
Dr. Jeffery Holt is the founder of KidsDental, a favorite of both kids and parents alike in the Dallas area. His innovative approach has strategically changed the way children experience dentistry. As a leader in the field of pediatric and adolescent dentistry for over 20 years, Dr. Holt believes in providing a positive and exciting atmosphere with childrens needs in mind and that a persons opinion of the dentist is developed at a very young age. His custom-designed facilities in Plano and Carrollton, Texas are kid-tested and approved by patients daily.
Dr. Moisa Masha Sapozhnikov received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry and her Pediatric Dental Specialty Certificate from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She had a private general dentistry practice in Plano, TX as well as served as an Associate Clinical Professor at the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry before completing her residency program in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Nathan Cotten brings his Orthodontic expertise to KidsDental. During his residency at Loma Linda University in California, Dr. Cotton received his specialty certification in Orthodontics. At Loma Linda, he earned a postdoctoral Masters Degree with a thesis on the effectiveness of LED curing lights.

Prior to his residency in California, Dr. Cotten received his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry where he graduated with top honors. When he is not practicing orthodontics at KidsDental, Dr. Cotton enjoys cycling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two children. A native Texan, he grew up in the Plano area and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

My son is a new patient at Kids Dental, staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office is clean, and organized. Dr. Holt is AMAZING! He is so thorough when explaining any recommended dental treatment plan. All my questions are always answered. My son has really bad anxiety when it comes to doctor visits, and they made him feel so comfortable at every visit. Having the kids pick out a movie to watch during their appointment is a nice incentive both my son and I love. I wish Dr. Holt were around for my dental needs as a kid! Parent's look no further because this dental office provides exceptional services for all your children's dental needs. Thank you Kids Dental Staff!

This was our first time coming in. They have a nice play area with tunnels and slides to help occupy the kids while you fill out forms and wait to be called back. My daughter is 2 years old this was her first dental visit. Lupe and Dr. Holt was amazing. They were so welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable. She didn't even cry! they allowed her to choose her favorite movie to watch during the visit. My son is 7 and he also had a great experience. The staff was professional and informative. I would recommend this dental office to anyone with kids of all ages. Thank you for all you do!

Kids Dental is amazing. Dr. Mindy was absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old. She filled my child's cavities and repaired his front chipped teeth. The staff is also great.

I've been taking my children to Kids Dental ever since they were toddlers and still going there as teenagers now!! The staff is extremely helpful and make my kids feel comfortable during the entire process !

We took our 16 month old who is not a fan of doctor offices, to say the least. The staff was amazing at making her feel comfortable, and they were quick and efficient with her cleaning. Dr. Mindi even sang to her to help calm her down. Highly recommend!!

Suffice it to say that we moved out of Carrollton and still make the drive here because our kid loves it so much. We've been seeing Dr. Holt since our little one was three, and everyone providing care continues to be so wonderful. From the kid-friendly environment to the intentional kid-friendly framing of things (cape, sugar buggies, sparkles, lollipop, etc.) contributes to a positive experience that promotes dental health for children. I highly recommend making an appointment here!

We have used this dental practice for 12 years and Dr. Holt is WONDERFUL and so patient. My kiddo broke a tooth on Christmas day, Dr. Holt took my call personally, had me send pictures of the tooth and gave me a plan which rescued Christmas Day rather than spending it at the emergency dentist! I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice.

Worst experience ever. They charged me the full visit and then submitted the amount to my insurance. I have yet to receive a refund.

My experience with Dr. Cotten was phenomenal. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice and help correct an issue an earlier orthodontist had created. I'd recommend Dr. Cotten to anyone.

My daughter is terrified of the dentist but when we left Kids Dental she couldn't stop talking about how nice they were! They talked her through every detail of what they were doing and asked if she was ok during all of it. They are the best!!

Only reason for 1 star is because I could not give 0. Do not go here unless you want to be shamed for not wanting strangers to take your children while you are "required to wait in your car."

We love this place. The dental hygienist and the doctor are really professional and wonderful to our 2 year old son. We also love the fact he can watch a movie while they check his teeth. Calm him down completely. In addition, they have an indoor play place for him to play at prior to seeing the doctor. We will highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
