Dr. Idlibi primary focus is on preserving the integrity of childrens psyche through employing behavior management techniques, conscious sedation, and general anesthesia. Treating childrens teeth is important but protecting their delicate psyches is far more important.

Dr. Idlibs approach is what he calls Total Patient Care. This approach addressed the overall wellbeing of a child rather than the childs teeth only. Our mission is to provide high quality dental care in a nourishing atmosphere while protecting the childs delicate psyche and contributing to building a positive self-image with emphasis on general health and well-being.

Treating dental disease is very important, but what is far more important is how this dental treatment is delivered to a precious child. A childs psyche is very delicate, far more delicate than the hard enamel of a tooth. Childrens psyches are in a constant dynamic interaction with every days life events and are the single determining and shaping factor of the childs personality as an adult.

Needless to say, an adult personality is what mainly affects a persons lifestyle, social interaction, career, productivity and the role in affecting society in general. How do we apply all this to the delivery of our kids dental care? By offering our child patients with a non-threatening, compassionate atmosphere which minimizes a childs fear (if he or she has it).

if I could leave zero stars I would, except for the receptionists who were wonderful. I was referred here for my 7 year old daughter to have a frenectomy, the consultation was so rushed after waiting a rediculous amount of time to be seen. The doctor, Dr Idabi I believe acts like he has something better to be doing and barely pays attention. He said yes she needs a frenectomy (which we knew) and went to leave the room. Our insurance requires prior approval for this procedure. After working for years in medical AND dental reception I stopped him on his way out of the room to say " don't you need to take a photo to send to the insurance company??" and they were like "oh yeah". I called multiple times to check on the approval, after over a month we finally secured an appointment for the procedure. He took one look at my daughter's mouth and said she needs an extraction as well as the frenectomy and the extraction must be done first. I said you just saw her a month ago and you didn't notice she needed that then? He again acted arrogant and rushed and like he'd rather not even be there. So much so that I was even told by an assistant that I was making my daughter's reaction to how she was being treated worse. They ended up referring us somewhere else with a wait until December and the whole time it felt like they just couldn't wait to say they aren't doing it because supposedly my daughter 'wasn't cooperating" and that we needed to leave. My daughter has has 3 teeth extracted at a different dentist and has never been uncooperative, I think she was feeding off their couldn't care less don't feel like dealing with it vibes. What An AWFUL Experience. Shame on you guys.

We've been coming here for years with my daughters. They used to be very good. Not so much anymore. The wait time is worse every time we come. You sit in the waiting room so long before you find out that they are running behind. They don't tell you when you first get there to give the opportunity to reschedule. But then it would be months out that you are waiting for another appointment. This isn't just a COVID thing, it's been going on for a long time. They are open on Saturdays, but the wait is even longer. It's hard to find a children's dentist that takes the state insurance so we're kind of stuck. At this time, I would not recommend Kids Dental Care. Find another dentist if possible. An hour and a half being at the dentist for two cleanings is ridiculous!!

My boys have been coming to this dentist for years. After a bad experience at a few other dentists, it took me a long time for my son to go back to any dentist. Once coming to Kids Dental they have been happy and never scared to go. The staff have all been friendly, kind and helpful. The dentists are very nice and work with me to make sure that my child receives great care and enjoys to come, and they answer all my questions. We love Kids Dental care and so happy that we found them.

(Translated by Google) My son was going to have some teeth removed and he did not agree with the anesthesia being placed on him to sedate him, only local anesthesia, and the doctor did not think so and he sent me out of the office, and he wanted to make the decision for me, I It seemed unethical and unprofessional, I left and took my son. I do not recommend that place unprofessional (Original) A mi hijo le iban a sacar unos dientes y no estaba de acuerdo con q le colocaran la anestesia para sedarlo solo la anestesia local, y al doctor no le parecio y me mando a salir del consultorio, y queria tomar la decision por mi, me parecio anti etico y poco profesional, me fui y me lleve a mi hijo. No recomiendo ese lugar nada profesional
