As the word spread about the wonderful care he was providing, his practices began to grow and over the next seven years, he opened clinics in Denver, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge. His philosophy is to provide top-quality care to every person who comes through his doors. Every child deserves the right to have the best care. They should be able to develop a relationship with their dental office that allows them to come in and leave happy. All four dental clinics accept all insurances, including Medicaid, CHP+. Having a staff that speaks multiple languages allows for a diversity of cultures so everyone feels at home. The last step Dr. Manshadi took was to expand his hours so families would not miss work or school. Clinic hours are 9 am 7 pm M F and Saturday 9 am 4 pm.
In the past 12 years, Kids Choice Dental and All About Kids Dental have been recognized in the community, both by the public and by fellow professionals. Dr. Manshadi has won multiple awards acknowledging his clinics. He has won the Best of the Best from Colorado Community Media, 5280 Magazine Top Dentist for several years, and Colorado Parent Family Favorites #1 Dental office for multiple years. It is with the assistance of his dedicated staff that all these awards are presented. His staff also recognizes the needs of our community and work diligently to create an environment of care and compassion for every patient that they treat.
It is also the philosophy of the clinics that educating the public in the needs of preventative care will not only make every dental visit better but also promote healthier lives. Kids Choice Dental and All About Kids Dental have prided themselves in providing complimentary dental screenings to many of the schools, daycares, and family resource centers. Every August, they host a Health & Wellness Resource Fair that is free. Food, drinks, fun activities and health screening are provided at no cost. For the past eight years, their community involvement has included working with the Family Forward Resource Center to help better the lives of many families.
We are dedicated to providing the best education in dentistry and oral health. We work hard to give back to the community through education and our services. We provide free dental and vision screenings on a weekly basis to day cares and schools that are in need of these services. This provides awareness to parents that maybe would otherwise go unrecognized in treating the needs of their children. We also extend an invitation to anyone who would simply like to come into our office and receive a free dental screening.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards and Care Credit for those treatment plans that require higher dollars services. For extensive treatment, payment plans can be arranged and our helpful staff is available to answer questions about scheduling or payments. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHP+, along with those below and many others!
Kids Choice Dental is one of the largest dental health providers in the Denver Metro area. We proudly provide care for children and young adults. Kids Choice Dental understands the need for providing consistent quality care and thats why we treat each patient like our own family.

Adult patient. They did two filings and a crown. I've had a lot of dental work over the years at other places. My experiences here were lower pain than I remember from other places. Every one I came in contact with was professional and competent. Highly recommend.

My daughter had her braces done and removed here. We enjoyed the service and care that Vanessa gave us. She was accommodating with my schedule, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend Vanessa and her outstanding customer service. . Because of her we have been with this dentist for several years .

I'm a Surgery Patient of Kids Choice Braces, and I've had an amazing experience. I also want to point out Vanessa, I have personally asked for her many times to be the one on my case and she is so willing to work with me. She has gone above and beyond for me and my case. I've been denied so many times and my case has so much going on and everytime I see her she always has a great attitude and is always telling me they will figure it out. Even work wise she has gone so far to get answers for me and has never made it seem inconvenient. She works so well with people and is so considerate, its crazy. She always always seems like she knows exactly what she's talking about and how to do her job and she takes the time to let me do things in the middle of her job, like brush my teeth when she takes off my wires because she knows it bothers me when i have food and this is pertinent because she doesn't only just do her job, she listens to what her patient likes and does not like and works around that. She is the type to build a professional relationship with her patients and isn't the type to just see a patient and just another one she has to work on quickly and get them out of the office. She clearly takes pride in her job and loves her job. She's amazing and I always get excited now to have an appointment because I get to catch up with her. Once again, shes just amazing at what she does!!

Very disappointing experience, front desk ladies are always rude, both of them, I really regretted going there when there's nice people and better customer service at other places. These ladies need to learn how to treat customers right.

Bad service front desk employees have attitudes, I got 6 fillings done in one day the dentist was pushing me to get them all done in one day he was telling me you are brave ! You can do this! Even little kids get 4 done in one day! When I was supposed to get only three in a day and the other three after a week, So I agreed but I regret it so much I ended up with so much pain the dentist was very rough on me and her assistan too, my molars hurt all the way to my ear and head , that day I felt like a car ran over me!!! they also went too deep on one of my fillings wich left me with a lot of sensitivity don't go ther don't risk your teeth .

Don't take your kids there my kids use to go there they always find something to make you go back and pay again. last time I went supposedly all my three kids needed a filling I decided to go somewhere else and non of them had cavities. My oldest kid had really bad buildup on his bottom teeth that was never removed by kids choice dental until I went to this new place. I don't recommend you going there.

I have been there two weeks ago with my son, very friendly staff and professional, I didn't wait long for my turn. Doctor Margarita Lachica, who examined my son was super nice, did advice me professionally about my son's condition and she followed up two times with me after she did many researches. I highly recommend this place.

I will never take my kids back there ! This stupid woman I didn't take her name hurt my daughter she was a dental assistant, she made my daughter bleed and poked her tongue and hurt her gums. She was bleeding for days! Do not take your children there. They are very unprofessional, she didn't even say I'm sorry . Made my child cry of pain.

I took my 2 year old daughter and they werent professional at all, they gave no options. My daughter had 3 cavities and they put crowns on her teeth but i didnt know she could be sleeping while they do the work and instead they hold my daughter head, hands and legs all the time and make my daughter suffering crying they didnt explain this clear no other options them eople are stupid and im not taking my kid there no more

I took both my children there during Covid, I was nervous but it was super clean and all Per cautions where taken. My kids had a few cavities but they were all taken care of and I felt very comfortable in the environment even during covet. Wonderful staff.

Place is horrible. They hire people with no certification whatsoever. I went to this place for years when I was younger because my mom would take me there. I have sooo many amalgam (silver) fillings that were unnecessary now that I look at them. The doctors are so rude also! When you tell them you're not numb they get mad and do another shot of anesthesia really rough. Would NOT reccomend.
