Apparently from what I can see in CA it's still mandatory. I'll postpone non necessary visits for now aside from this place being friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went there today to get routine cleaning for my daughter's. Unfortunately corporate or whoever is in charge still requires muzzles for covid or monkeypox right before working on their mouth. Won't be rescheduling until that's removed. Not mad but refuse to spend my money at places that hide smiles and social building for my children. Go get your free vax or stay home because we stayed home and gave covid to ourselves until a vax was available.

We didn't get any good experience from kids care dental. We came here only 2 times for my 5 yr old daughter she have a cavity at that time they said need to extract it with general Anasthesia so we took second opinion from other place now she is better. It's all about 6 months back, but now they make an appointment for us without our concerns and they started sending some reminder messages we didn't bothered because we didn't schedule any appointment . Today they called me and said if I am not coming todays appointment I need to pay 50$. Why should I pay for it, I didn't make any appointment ....

My experience with this dental place has not been good for both my 5 and 8 years old. Each time they say they going to do something they end up forgetting and I have to keep reminding the front desks that the dentist forgot to give us some form or education or next steps etc. What the point of going to a kids dental if im more stress? They keep throwing pamphlets at you to read and understand new procedures to be done to oir kids and not explain it themselves. This been loke this ar every visit so far. Then there random prices being thrown at us till they correct themselves by finally confirming with our insurance. Usually they quote something a lot higher and end up my insurance covers most of it. Been a bit annoying with the lack to details.

My daughter loves going to the dentist and a huge part of that is because they are all so amazing at this office! My 5yr old needed a cavity filled. As a parent I was so nervous how she would do. They somehow made getting a cavity filled fun! They talked frozen and mermaids with her and made every step in the process so easy and fun. They even helped her brush her doll's teeth afterwards. Absolutely amazing! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I took my daughter to get a filling and because i showed up 2 minutes late they canceled my appointment and refused to see me. They have poor customer service and did not accommodate me. I'm very dissatisfied with the service i received and do not recommend them to anyone.

worst customer service. my daughter had appointment I was late 10 minutes to pick my daughter from school my wife called them to inform them I will be late for ten minutes when I got there they cancel the appointment

Great experience! All staff members were excellent. From the front desk, to the pedodontist. Online appointments were easy to book. My daughter had tooth and gum pain and I needed an appointment ASAP. I was able to book one for the next morning. The pedodontist gave me all the options and we were able to decide what was best for my daughter. We were out of there in less than an hour and a half and my daughter was happy and pain free. I will definitely be back.

Couldn't be any happier with Kids Care. Last week was our visit and our kids really enjoyed the office. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend Kids Care in Tracy.

The entire staff is very nice and super patient. My 2-year-old was really nervous and they made her really comfortable. Her favorite cartoon came up on the monitor and they really went at her pace.

This place is great. My 6 year old son went in for a filling, and they were very patient and caring with him. They made the process very comfortable for him, and constantly checked in with him to see if he was doing okay. Even though he cried, they kept on comforting him and making sure that the experience wasn't as bad. For this being his first time getting a cavity filled, I thought he did wonderful. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist for their child. I'll be taking my 3 year old and 1 year old here soon to have their teeth checked.

Have been looking for a dentist for my daughter for awhile now in Tracy and found Kid's Care Dental online. I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, our visit was great. You fill out forms online before your visit, they send you text reminders for appointments as well as a reminder call. Before entering the office, we were given hand sanitizer and the staff member took our temperature. Filled out a COVID-19 questionnaire and only waited 5 mins. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and informed the entire time. There was Trolls on the ceiling tv in order for distraction which was great. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I was surprised of how well she responded to visiting the dentist. They gave us a little back of dental goodies, sticker, toothbrush, and even a pink Kid's Care Dental face mask for her. We had a great visit and can't wait to come back in 6 months! Thank you again staff at Kids's Care Dental!

Well maintained kids dental place. The service is good. Especially during Covid-19 pandemic...they make sure to check temperature at the door. Their is also floor marking to ensure people coming in stay 6ft apart as recommended.

Awesome experience! Usually we have trouble at dentist offices. Not this one. We were helped by Natalia. She was so sweet, kind, and caring! My kids loved her. I will definitely be going back. For anyone looking for a great office I highly recommend this one. Ask for natalia she's amazing!
