Absolutely miserable experience. We were new patients making appointments for our kids. We were rescheduled the day before our appointment 4 times over the course of a month and a half. I tried to call and cancel the final time and the office was impossible to reach. I was never able to reach a single human over the phone and ended up canceling via text message (the same way they notified us of the rescheduling). Gladly moving on from this place.

Our first experience was incredible but our second was not the same. We felt rushed because they were running late, the hygienist didn't seem very experienced with kids and had not read our daughter's charts, and the doctor was condescending with us as parents and didn't explain anything they were doing with our baby and she was upset. It's too bad because our toddler loved her first time there and talked about it forever. Now she is more hesitant about going back to a dentist and she is only 4. It was our baby's first time and I'm hopeful she won't remember and be ok going again.

We have been here three times in a month for a cleaning, sealant application, and an orthodontist consultation. Each visit has been so positive and stress-free for both me and my 8 year old son. I'm so thankful we switched to Kids Care and their FANTASTIC team!! I recommend this place to all families!!

I took my 9-month-old daughter for her first dentist visit and so far it has been great. New and clean office, really nice staff and the doctor answered all our questions and gave us tips on starting with the baby's teeth hygiene.

I had a really great experience here with my daughter for her first-ever dental cleaning. The staff was very friendly, and because I had communicated that my daughter might be nervous they went out of their way to make the visit successful. They knew how to help her feel comfortable. I love that kids can watch movies during their cleanings and get prizes afterward. I also felt that the staff was very kind in how they communicated with me. Highly recommend this place!

This dentist clinic understands that children are not always at ease when they come in for an appointment. They have created a space that is welcoming, relaxing, and fun for kids. This makes them comfortable so they can get the care they need without fear or anxiety.

Avoid this place! I got fillings done for my daughter, and we were told that if they fall out, they will be redone free of cost for the next 2 years. The filling fell out after 8 months, so we went back to get it refilled. Rather than doing a similar filling they tried to upsell us the silver amalgam filling, which would never have gotten done on our 6 year old daughter, and let us know that if we go that route it would cost us 124$ out of pocket. Moreover, on FDA page it is not recommended to go with such fillings for children due to mercury used. When we asked them to do the same filling as last time(composite filling) the doctor refused, and instead recommended a temporary filling which cost us 50$. Due to bad filling done by earlier doctor at kids care dental who no longer works for them, cost us 50$ out of our pockets. We will never go this chain again.

I couldn't be more happy with my son's first visit. The staff was super friendly and so patient with my boy! They even rewarded him with his own balloon after his visit. So glad we found this place. Also, if you do not have insurance for your child, they offer a insurance program within the dental office. It's $99 to activate (which is MUCH cheaper than paying out of pocket in full which could be $200-300+) and $21-$41 a month depending on the age of your child. The woman at the front desk recommended it to us since our son can't go on our insurance until July, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful. Couldn't recommend this office more for your child's dental care! :)

Hi , Today I went to kids and dental care ( Sunnyvale location) for my daughter check up and this is her first check up ever , we found very friendly staff, they all warm welcoming and my daughter enjoyed her visit and she liked Dr assistant Alexia and Dr Kathrine Rosen as well ,both are really amazing and great ladies, I would highly recommend other parents to bring their kids over there to get best service!!!

Our 1st visit to the dentist every and it was great. My daughter is 21 months and I'm so happy I took her here. Every one her are just great. It was a lap visit and it couldn't have gone any better. The place is in downtown Sunnyvale which was great. There is a parking garage right next to it so that was good too...

Brand new dental office in Sunnyvale. They do have a lot of locations, but the Sunnyvale is by far my favorite. It is a really beautiful facility, and I find their artistic style really inviting to a lot of kids. Dr. Esmalli is so wonderful, and the front and back office staff are amazing! I have recommended them to my whole family. Now my kids, nieces and nephews have a fun dentist that they happily go to!

Cute, good location, and the assistant and dentist were great. They were having some technology issues (like wifi, virtual forms, and even credit card scanning problems I think) and there were no toys or fun things in the waiting room? Maybe due to covid? Dr. Smiles/Dr smiley (that is her real name! I asked!!!) was awesome and smart and kind and great with my 2.5 year old. they gave us a quip tooth brush for her and she was most excited about the stickers and prize at the end. :)
