The office is great! The front desk were welcoming but sadly the assistant that helped me kids didn't have the wild factor. I believe in first impressions especially when your welcoming two new little patients you should be bubbly. Maybe she was tired but it's always chin up and do your best

Dr. Nakamura was amazing and his helper. I was definitely nervous for my 2 & a half year old son having to get two teeth removed. He also got the happy gas. They were really reassuring and letting me know every step of the way. Definitely going back. My son took it as a champ.

Horrible. Worst experience for my toddler. First....they give you a 30 minute to an hour window and if your kid cries at all they instantly want to put them to sleep at a hospital. Secondly they were only supposed to remove one tooth and ended up removing 3 of my daughter's front teeth. Afterwards found out that her teeth could have been saved from another dentist. Left my daughter traumatized

My daughter was advise to get braces and at almost every appointment they do something incorrectly. The wire to long or to short, causing my daughter mouth or gums to scratch. Then when I take her inside we have to wait even longer which isn't right you messed up get it fixed don't make poor kids wait get it done right the first time. Thank you, Ronnie Silva

The Dr's and back office assistants are awesome. But I have never had a positive experience with any of the front office staff. They need more training. They never tell you the same thing the last one said. None of them are on the same page. They are all extremely rude. I stopped going there simply because the front office staff. Please give them all more training. They all seem like they hate their jobs and hate kids and people. I was owed a credit and getting them to give it to me was like trying to breath under water (virtually impossible) it took close to 6 months to receive it. Every single girl in the front office did nothing but tell me " I don't have the authority, I'll have them give you a call" no one would call me about it. I called probably 5 times before I was finally giving my money back. I will never go here again. Pay attention to your statements from this office. They will rip you off at any chance they can.

Do not go to this Dental office. I repeatedly told the office that the cleaning was covered by my insurance Delta dental of Washington at 100% but the clerk Insisted that the procedure was only covered at 50% ambildes at 50%. I called the insurance company they also said our procedures should have been covered at 100% This company overcharges their patients. And keeps the profits. They over charge patients parents and get full payment from insurance then the company denys you on receiving a refund immediately and will even go as far as saying they will apply the credit on your account which shouldn't even be an option. Most parents aren't even notified of the insurance fraud.

We saw Dr. Heather. She was great, but her assistant (I wish I knew her name) was exceptionally great with my kids!!! I would come back just to have my kids see her again. She was kind, gentle, playful. It was a great dental experience for my kids.

I would like for kcd to update patients on any payments or deductibles due at time of visit beforehand so that time is not wasted and appts don't need to be rescheduled. Also to be clear on their grace period. Is it 5 min? 10 min? Or 15 min?

Easy online scheduling & the clinic was organized. We were accommodated within scheduled appointment. I was impressed. Clinic was clean.

They literally blew air into the skin of my cheek and neck, it swelled up and without ibuprofen consumption it hurts to eat and do all kinds of other stuff. When applying pressure to the swelled parts and especially the bones around the area, there's this weird crackling feeling that's sometimes apparent. I had to go to the Emergency Room to check the whole thing out, delaying any plans I had set further into the day and got home at 5 when it shouldn't have been any later than maybe 3:30.

Really bad experience. 2.5 hours for dental cleaning, charged for services never rendered and staff were untrained and office unorganized.

This office exceeded my expectations. They are very clean, and have precaution's in place that make your visit safe and seamless. Tasha was my son's hygienist, and she was so welcoming and treated my 8 year old son like an old friend. It really made him feel comfortable and like he could get through a visit with "strangers hands in his mouth" lol. He actually enjoyed the cleaning because Tasha was so gentle. Dr. Dhillon is wonderful! She explained things very clearly to my boy, and made him feel confident in what to expect next. For him...that made all the difference in his worry. My son left happy, and I left happy :) I definitely recommend this office!

My twin's first time to this office, and the first thing they said once we got done with our appointment was that was a good visit. I replied back yea that was, they said they really like DR Nakamura, and look forward to coming back. that was a first I heard them say that so I felt good about it. also got to get a Orthodontics consult the same day for one of my twins!!

This place is horrible. They rarely answer the phone. When they do, the young lady is rude and dosen't seem to communicate very well. When there at dentist they insist you pay all fees right now, but they are not billing you correctly. I realize over time I was being overcharged and the girl always argued that I wasn't until I finally proved her wrong. They seem to selectively pick certain kids to say have alot of cavities, but if you go somewhere else you will find this to be false. Be careful at this place as they will seriously overcharge you here.

Staff is great and Doctor explains very well every detail. My son loved it and they maintained a very clean work place.

Loved both the staff in the front office and the back . Doctor nackamura is extremely patient and explains treatment very well (: happy parent !!

Love this place! My kids started to come when they were 1 year old, and they are always great to them! Totally recommend to every with small children.

This is the second time I come in and the dental assistant are rude. They do over charge on everything even when my daughter has never had a cavity and some how when end up paying more then the copayment.

I really don't know how to feel or rate properly this time.... our first two visits with my middle daughter was arn emergency visit and the staff the dentist, everyone, was amazing and patient with me and my daughter! I was so excited to bring my others in as we just moved and I've been looking for an office like the one we used to go to. I bring my two other daughters for their scheduled appointment.... they're closed! No one there and no one coming! that was 3 weeks ago and a few days each week I've been trying to get ahold of them and nothing! It's been either "we're closed" even though their own site says open OR I go through the options think I'm finally going to talk to a PERSON and I hear "your call cannot be completed at this time" *click I finally got past the options and just had to wait for someone to pick up because "if you're calling during business hours and have gotten this message we're helping another customer and will be right with you" yadda yadda. So I wait... I need an explanation, my younger daughter needs her front teeth checked on and I've already filled out dozens of forms as new patients for THIS dentist office. FINALLY, the line starts to ring... and it clicks.... they hung up on me I'm on the look for another dentist's office now. I'm usually a VERY patient person. And I feel I've already been beyond patient in this case. But this is so so bad. I can't trust this kind of service no matter how good the dentist was at our first two visits.
