Dentist are super nice overall! On a previous ortho dentist, I didn't like her opinion but I should have researched that work myself. She retired so all good. The New orthodontist is really amazing! Billing is confusing and uncoordinated. Had an unjust co-pay taken on one kid & I still paid the bill in full & was still sent bills & was threatened to have my other kids appointments taken away. My insurance paid in full & I still gotta wait 90 days to see if my refund can be approved, if at all. Not sure why? My insurance has always paid & I have never had past due or collections. I have had the same insurance for over 15 years and I don't know what has changed in their billing or treatment review co pay research but I can't handle paying co-pays as high as $900 upfront for a few kids when my insurance is contracted. Unfortunately don't know if I can return here cause I can't handle this much confusion.

I have had a terrible time trying to get a refund for the credit that was on my childs account. I have gotten the run around for about a year now, and come to find out there are credits on both kids accounts now! Every time I mention it I get "Ok we will look into that" and nothing ever happens. This last time i was told that the amount they see on the screen is not usually correct because their system adds to it. hmmm that just sounds fishy to me. To top off the frustration with this, they decided to randomly book my child to see a dentist that she had never seen before for her 6 month cleaning visit. But there was no mention of this until the day before her appointment. Unfortunately I am stuck with dealing with them a little while longer because my child has braces.

Updated review: Thanks for trying to make up for the poor service last time. I am happy with excellent service my kid received in the recent visit. ************************************************************** Irresponsible orthodontist. I've been going to kids care Roseville for several years. We were satisfied with their service most of the time. Last time, they recommended orthodontic consultation for my daughter. So we set up the appointment. Today, I went to the appointment 10 mins earlier for the appointment. They took my daughter for an x-ray. And then they had us wait for an hour... and still, no orthodontist showed up. I had to leave to pick up my other kid from school. What a wasted time for us!

We have had good and bad experiences. One dentist is great and patient with our daughter who has a massive gag reflex and a little scared. Where another spent 1 min maybe with her and tried to refer her out. My son just got braces and 2 or 3 brackets broke off with in the 1st 2 hrs. Then we couldn't email or call the ortho til the next day and they don't go into office to fix anything except on the few days they are going in already. Some staff is nice and welcoming others are not.

Terrible establishment! They inflate their orthodontist prices just so it appears that your saving $1,000 when your child gets a phase 2 with them. I have contacted the office several times about this and yet I'm still waiting for their manager by the name of Jessica to return my call! I would NEVER recommend orthodontics services through them!

My daughter has gone here for dental services for about 4 years. We love the staff. Everyone is super friendly and their setup is amazing. She just got braces and they explained everything wonderfully. If I have more kids, we'll be bringing them here from the start!

My son has been coming here since he was 1.5 years old... and my experience has always been excellent. Every member of the staff is kind, patient and professional. My son is now 5 and loves seeing Dr. Carlos... who always brings a postive energy. I'm very happy with my overall experience, and recommend this place to all my parent friends.

Kids Care does a nice job taking care of the kids' dental and orthodontic needs and makes them as comfortable as possible while doing so. They're all great with kids and the professionals seem good about doing whatever is needed without being pushy about their services. I do whatever they recommend.

Love this place! We have 5 kids. Three had braces/Invisalign elsewhere. Fourth kid got them at Kids Care and it has been the best experience by far. Front and back office staff are happy and polite. Dentist is personable and knows her stuff! Our search for a good dental office is over because we have found it!

So happy we are going to this prescrive now. Dr. Carlos turned my youngest from a very frightened and hesitant patient (previous bad, dental experience) to one who went back with a smile on her face, completely confortable and confident. Everyone at the office was professional and friendly. They were responsive and helpful. They explained all procedures and payments to me (no $$ surprises). The office was exceptionally clean, organized, well run. We were able to get appointments easily, with our busy schedules and got in and out without waiting several times. Great practice.

The entire appt. took too long. I waited 15 min when I arrived and then another 15 min too see the dentist after hygienist. It's a kids dentist office, kids can't wait that long, service should be a bit faster, especially when it's an appt.

Very best experience at Kids Care Dental in Roseville! My son have been treated at this clinic since he was 4 and now 10 years old. We have always been happy and grateful for doctor's professionalism and office personnel.

Always a great experience at Kids Care. Both of my daughters were seen and couldn't have asked for better care. My girls can be difficult as my oldest tends to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctor and dentists appointments, but Ashly and Dr. Carlos were so patient and helpful by talking to them and just simply explaining what they were doing

My review is not for the dental side but the orthodontist side... finance side to be exact. I've brought my 4 kids here since 2015-16. I absolutely love this dentist office... so much that when I moved to Fairfield I drove more then an hour to come only to this office. I am devastated by my experience with the orthodontist. I brought my kids in for their braces... 1st time ever... on 2/12/2021. My husband lost his job on 2/6/2021 and since our dental insurance was good til end of the February we decided to get the braces for our kids. Luckily the same week we found out there's a chance for my husband to get a job but that job requires us to move out of state. During the visits I advised the orthodontist that we might be moving to Texas by end of February. I was told that it'll be fine they'll get us switched over. But for us to come for a finale visit before leaving they'll work us in. Called them week of the 22nd didn't get a call back nor got to do final visit. We left for Texas 2/27/2021 that Saturday night I left message for Shanna Ingram and emailed her to let her know we were moving.. and we needed to move things over to Texas. From the 2/27 to 8/20/2021 I've been dealing with the orthodontist finance only to find out they won't refund me $4400 but $2980 because I ended the treatment early. When Shanna up and left the office no one notified me that someone else has taken over her position I literally had to call every single day before Araseli returned my calls. My kids have the same braces on since 2/12/2021 and haven't had maintenance done because every orthodontist in Texas wants to do the procedure all over again and costing me about the same $4400 to $5000. The braces have messed my kids teeth up and my younger one has swollen gums from the braces wire digging into his gums. I couldn't believe this office... the office I trusted and given business to for over 5 years would put me in the position. I'm speechless and so angry . The refund didn't even over all the balance on our care credit card... we are left with $396 remaining to pay and have to come up with $1500 for both kids again to start their braces here in Texas.. times are difficult right now and with 4 kids and one person working these things make me so angry and I know this won't affect them because they'll still make their money.

Impatient pediatric dentist... Definitely needs an additional education and experience beyond his general dentistry degree. My three year old daughter was traumatized after visiting this place. Unprofessional and careless.
