Received a charge for my child's extraction that took place back in 2021 and wanting to charge over 770 even though I had dental insurance for him. Every time you call they never answer the phone and if they do they keep saying they will look into it. Yet they keep sending me the same bill. Very unprofessional.

We LOVE our new orthodontist, Dr Lee- he has great energy, and he's patient, detailed oriented, and made my child feel comfortable and confident. Dr Tania was nice and made sure we have good dental care. We highly recommend this place.

Everything is handled so well, from billing, text reminders, calls and the in office staff is always so welcoming. Dr Tania is by far the best dentist my kids could ever have! As a parent I know my kids are being taken care of and that puts my mind at ease. Too bad she doesn't see adults! Thank you Kids Care Dental!

This place is AMAZING! My kids see Dr Tania. She is just so great with kids! Also I want to give a shout out to Marlene. My daughter has braces and she is the assistant there. Super professinal caring just awesome. Thank you to all the staff there. You guys are awesome!!!

Do not come to this place. They want to get as much money as they can. I took my kid there for an emergency exam because I found a hole on her tooth. We got there, they did exam for just that one tooth and saying the tooth need to have the filling. I agree to pay for the copay. However, they billed my insurance as regular exam which include examing and cleaning, not emergency visit. So when we came for the real exam, they ask us to pay out of the pocket. It's very unprofessional the way they work. The front desk is rude. Not Highly recommended.

If this was the last dental place on earth, I wouldn't take my kids here. They kicked us out just coz we brought our twins at the same time even though they had back to back appointments. The receptionist had the nerve to come back and tell us, "that needs to happen now!" The rudest, and unprofessional place I've ever visited. They are definitely never touching my kids teeth.

Beware!! Always double check the receipt and claims EOB. Looks like they try to bill more to insurance than what you see on your bill. And you will end up paying the inflated amount if the insurance does not cover. Practice manager was rude to respond to questions. I would not recommend Kids Care Dental @Rancho Cordova to anyone!!

Dr Julia was professional. She was not pushy but gave me options if possible. My daughter was happy with her and would like to see her in the future visit. The visit was quick and easy. Usually in and out in about an one hour. Over all nice friendly place.

DO NOT go to Kids Care Dental! They did some work on my son's mouth yesterday. They made a point to tell me they do NOT do silver fillings on kids, but did NOT tell me about the silver crown they put on his tooth! I noticed it right after they were done! Very deceptive! Also they lied about their estimate several times and when I called them out insurance magically covers it! When I expressed my displeasure, they said oh sorry not everyone is a candidate for white fillings- it depends on how hard they bite. Also we do not do it at this location. They butchered my poor son!

Do not recommend this place at all. Took my 10 year old daughter in for routine check up and X-rays. After her oral exam the dentist said she needed fillings done in an old crown that seems to have a gap. They ran our insurance and quoted us less than $100 so I agreed to the cost. I trusted their judgment since they're suppose to be the expert. Procedure done, 2 days later she lost the tooth. Come to find out the gap they were referring to was from the grownup tooth pushing the baby tooth out and caused the gap. They should have seen that on X-ray or I felt like they should have known that since it's their line of work. I bite the bullet on that sine it didn't cost too much and we had already paid for it. A few weeks later we received a bill from their corporate for over $200 on top of what we already paid for. Come to find out they quoted us wrong, that could be my fault in that I didn't confirm cost with my insurance company. I honestly felt like they were willing to do any minor work for money whether it is necessary or not. We've since switched dentist to Dr. J on sunrise blvd and he's awesome. Will never go back to this place.

One of the worst experiences that I have had the misfortune to deal with! An error was made by my retirement system, if Kids Care had notified me, in a timely manner about the problem it could have been taken care of within minutes! To wait until my grandson and his daughter arrive to inform him about the problem was unprofessional and a waste of our time. I will look for another dentist for my great granddaughter!

We took our son here 3 times between 8mo and 1.5 years old. Each time, the dentist was very unaware (or decidedly inconsiderate) of our toddlers' fears and uneasiness. There was no playful explanation of the tools, and when we asked to have his plaque scraped they simply said "we don't do that for his age", despite the fact that our son had nearly all of his 20 baby teeth. I assume that the doctor needs me to make very clear my expectations and requests for cleaning, but I shouldn't have to make clear requests to "please interact playfully with my son and take the time to show him your tools to ease his concerns". That's kind of a requirement for a "kids" dentistry. We moved on to dr Garrett in Elk Grove and it was a night and day difference in accommodating concerns and friendliness

Called to ask a simple question and received a very rude response. This is definitely not a good first impression and I definitely will not be taking my kids here. The next dental office I called was very pleasant and answered the question within a few minutes.

The staff in the office are always courteous and fun to interact with. They were even able to help one of my children get over his fear of the dentist. After the last dental office we went to which closed and the horrible experience there this office is a blessing!! I can't thank them enough for helping my son get over his fear. In my book they are a Godsend! The only way we will leave is if we move. We are staying til all my kids outgrow this office!

I took my son to Kids Dental for his very first dental appointment and we were not disappointed! The staff is so friendly and has a great way of making your child feel comfortable. Dr. Tania and her assistant Jordan were unbelievably amazing with my son. Patient, kind and kept him smiling. Thank you!
