Amazing Place. Office is amazing it has child oriented equipment, very clean, friendly staff, fun wall colors and amazing murals, TVs all over walls and roof to keep children entertained !!!

This is my very first review here in California. If i can give this clinic more than 5 stars..i will. They did an amazing job they really give me an at ease feelings towards my kids dental procedure. I am just very pleased how well they handled everything. Thank you so much! Staff are very friendly too! Keep up the good work!

Updated on 08 Feb 2021: They deducted over the contract amount for Ortho work for my son using OrthoBac account, nobody is knowing the deduction is over the limits. I spoke to Orthobanc & put the account on hold. I spoke with Kids Car Admin & explained the story of the over deductions. Simply they told me we will not refund you & you can use the over amount for any future dental work. I said no & please return my money. I wrote an form including my bank account details & until now I didn't receive any refunds. Not sure what is the correct description of this situation. Updated review on 31th Dec 2019: Administrations & manager of Pleasanton location doesn't understand the difference between insurance Orthodontics/Dental requirements & Medical requirements. After six months They submitted the Orthodontics claims to the medical department of my insurance instead of the Orthodontics department. Posted on 15th Dec 2019: Administrations has no experience and area manager don't care about the customers needs. If there are negative reviews I will give them -10 stars. A new update on my previous review: They have no experience Orthodontics stuff & they have no emergency plan to fix any Orthodontics bad work. So my Son had some bad Orthodontics Work & needed to fix it. He waited for 10 days to see one of the Orthodontic stuff. Still I am asking for updated bills to include my new insurance but unfortunately I didn't receive any feedback, and I called my insurance to ask if Kids car clinic submitted claim to get how much the new insurance will pay & confirmed no claims were submitted. Very bad services.

Was previously going to my kids dentist no issues there either but there pediatric side closed, so I chose kids care! Offfice is extremely child oriented with fun colors and amazing murals TVs everywhere to keep children entertained, Dr. is very nice and kind spent the time to get my child comfortable and it was a quick in and out paper work is all online and done beforehand to make time in waiting room less. They took our temperature upon arrival and had hand sanitizer readily available.

Had to go to them for my son who was in pain ,was told they can do the work that day they didnt even do anything to the tooth or try to manage pain ,ended up having to take to my child's original dentist 3 days later and they fixed the tooth the same day, also they charged my insurance for things they did not do . Do not go here !!!UPDATE so after their first bill to me that was wrong they charged things that didn't happen ,I thought everything was figured out then they just now billed me again for 329 dollars . My child has been there once and only because I was told the dentist could fix my sons tooth that was in pain that day ,they couldn't just ended up being an exam . NEVER WENT BACK and scheduled with my sons normal dentist . Why are they still billing ?? Well I have no idea since they don't answer their phones even after I left 6 messages regarding this matter no one has called me back .Do NOT GO HERE .THEY Are the worst and the person in charge of billing has no idea what their doing .

How do you give a negative star on this review? My provider changed two times, on a third provider now. They must have high turnover. My dental insurance contacted Kid's care on three separate occasions, and the staff never provided the updated information all three times, so MetLife stopped payment resulting in Kid's care sending me a invoice for $2800 for dental services. Still trying to resolve payment issue. If you enjoy talking to your dental insurance and Kid's care day after day, use this service. STAY AWAY!!!

We had a great experience at our teeth cleaning appointment for both my kids, age 3 and 5. The process was efficient, the facility was very clean and the staff were all practicing safety guidelines. All appointments are staggered so you are not in the office with other people and you are required to pre-register so you literally walk-in and the dentist sees you right away. I highly recommend everyone to keep up with their kids oral health and I'm glad Kids Care Dental is open again!

My daughter has some pretty serious ortho issues. We went in yesterday for a consultation and the experience was great. Everyone was super nice and comforting. Ortho can be scary and costs lots of money but they were so nice and accommodating. The office is super clean and they follow all the safety/COVID protocols. Shout out to Cristal C, the treatment coordinator. She made us laugh and when we left we felt as if we were friends.

Our experience at Kid Care Dental was excellent. Everyone was kind and professional. The office was super clean and they took all of the precautions necessary to make sure we felt comfortable during the visit.

We were seen on time, which is important when you have an appointment. I liked the place since the dentist and staff were great and very kid friendly. Elijah is four and they allowed me to be in same the room as him for his checkup, which is another plus. I highly recommend Kids Care Dental.
