All the lady's at kids care dental are nice and welcoming. The dental assistant and Dr was really comforting to my nervous child.

The office is newly opened. Looks very beautiful. That being said, they have only one dentist for now so their services get significantly backed up if there's a delay or a person comes in late for their appointment. Therefore they are less accommodating even if you show up a few minutes late. The staff is passively aggressive and will quickly slap you with a 50 dollar penalty for a missed appointment. Maybe in future they might be more accommodating when they have more providers but for now they get one star .

We have a squirmy 3 year old who is very apprehensive of strangers just looking at her let alone dentists poking around in her mouth. Dr. Roli Rajvanshi is amazing. Staff was so friendly, she gave us practical and useful advice and the prizes at the end make any fuss worth it. They text all sorts of reminders for busy schedules and called which my husband and I appreciated. I laughed because as soon as she came in the room, naturally, our toddler started screaming (she was counting teeth and just looking) but the doc and hygienist both stayed calm, gentle, professional, took plenty of time to answer our questions and even made us laugh with the statement: "we don't mind the screamers at all- we can count teeth much faster!" We asked our mom if she heard the commotion from the lobby as we laughed that we hoped our kiddo didn't scare the other patients (literally they were just looking at her mouth for a toddler checkup); so, bonus points for sturdy building construction because she said she was listening hard but didn't hear a peep. In the end we walked away with the cutest zero cavity club certificate, stickers, a pop bracelet and our adoring 3 year old exclaimed later that evening "Mommy, Daddy! I *love* the dentist!!!" Thanks for a wonderful experience guys. We're so glad we found you.

We decided to come here for my 11 year old and 9 year old because it is closer to our home. As a new patient X-Rays were performed and we had to pay 100% out of pocket. We already pay nearly $300 a month for family dental and orthodontics. Staff informed me numerous times that this was my fault, It is my responsibility to know my insurance plan. Other dentists have requested X-Rays from me or even contacted previous dentists so that I would not be charged out of pocket. I am very disappointed. Paperwork at this place is extensive, people behind the desk were not looking out for us here. Out of pocket when I pay 100% coverage should not happen, they should have helped us out and navigated their new patients better, we will be looking for a new dentist. I just got charged over $100 after they told me my visit was $0 out of pocket - beyond frustrated. Don't let them XRAY you, OVER PRICED

I am only giving 2 stars because the Assistants were really nice and great, but the dentist had the worst bed side manners I've seen in a long time. She was not accommodating at all and I wasn't asking much besides let my kid sit up after we were already finished. The dentist told me no, that she could lay there!!? It my kids first visit and I was hoping for a better experience. Will not being going back.

Every time we visit Kids Care we have such an amazing experience. The young women at the front desk are so amazingly kind. Their personalities always put my kids at ease. Stacey (RDA) is so knowledgeable and patient. And the new dentist is so nice ! I love bringing my kids here!

My son's first time to the dentist and it was a super friendly and gentle atmosphere. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and the moment we walked out we were acknowledged. The environment felt warm. All the staff was amazing and we were in and out quickly with a great experience.

My husband and I were debating changing dentists for our 2 year old after her last visit. The previous dentist wasn't very personable or seemed like he cared about kids at all. We decided to give it another shot and boy were we glad! Dr. Rajvanshi was so sweet to our girl! She sang and spoke to her like she would speak to her own child. She was seriously the best and I am going to recommend her to all my friends going forward!

My son had discomfort in a tooth and even though the Turlock office where we regularly was closed for the next 3 days they scheduled us into the Modesto office so he could be seen that same day.
