Worst dental place I have ever experienced. They are straight up crooks. They overcharge and then additionally charge you for every follow-up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You'll thank me later.

I've been taking my kids to this dental place for several years now, no complaints at all. I originally started out with a different dental place when they were younger, but when one of my kids, who was 3 or 4 at the time and had teeth coming in, good check ups the whole time, all of a sudden had 3 cavities? I decided to get a 2nd opinion with Kids Care. They requested the other dental office x rays, which were not good quality, as I saw for myself as well. Kids Care took their own x rays as well to be sure and it turns out he didn't have ANY cavities. So I immediately made the switch and I'm glad I did and have stuck with them since. As for the dental office itself, waiting room has a TV with movies/cartoons on for kids while waiting, pre covid they had more games/activities. When you're called in, the exam area is an open area layout, with plastic barriers between each dental chair. I don't mind it being open, but if you're more of a private person, you may ask for a private room. They do have private rooms where if your child is having a filling or any other procedure done, that is where you/them go. The staff is always friendly and caring and answer any questions you or your little one may have.

This office is always clean and appointments usually run on time. The staff is extremely friendly. The dentist that saw my son took the time to explain why oral hygiene is so important in a way that he could understand.

Just called July 15 @ 2:18pm this receptionist should be thought better customer service its ur job u get paid to answer calls seat in the front desk , be nice to ur clients talk answer easy questions, I just called to reschedule my son's app I start school so I wouldn't be able to make it we pay money to be seen other orthos check u in every month this one is every 2 months we pay each month with no buts and they can't give us a reschedule 2 months waiting and when u call for a reschedule its in 2 months again so it be 4 months idk and I asked a question lady answers with well eather way that's what we have ok im just asking because it's to long then she says wait transfers me to a voice mail. So no reschedule and if I'm not able to make it

A wonderful kids dental practice. Very friendly stuff and Dentists. They are so wonderful with all of my Kids and treatment or cleanings go so quickly. Grateful for them because none of my kids have the fear of the dentist like I did growing up.

Went to take my kiddos to the dentist for their appointments and was told that they had canceled the appointments for my kids due to cut backs. This would have been no problem at all except I was never notified of the cancellations and showed up for the appointments. They did however find a time they could fit them In the same day. You win some you lose some.

Very disappointed! My son needed 2 fillings. First off my son's a mouth breather just like me and he was gagging on the device they use to prop my child's mouth open. As soon that started happening of course my son was uncomfortable and wanted nothing to do with this dentist. The dentist was able to drill the cavities out, but decided he was done and that he was going to put temporary fillings in. He then proceed to tell my wife that this is all he can do, and we should make an appointment to come back. My wife was a little perplexed, but that turned to fear and then anger. The receptionist proceeded to tell her they have no availability for a month. This is all happening as the dentist proceed to put on his coat and walk out the door. My wife felt like he was in a hurry to leave rather than finish my son's fillings. Now my son has two temp. fillings that we are told could fall out at anytime and we have to wait a month to get the regular fillings. Not to mention the dentist just explained that the temp. fillings could fall out and expose the root and put my little guy in pain. We are now possibly facing a dental emergency. That alone is infuriating. As a dentist you stay and finish your job. Or make exceptions or accommodations to get your patient in the next day. In my opinion this place has gone down hill. They used to be more compassionate to my kids. They could get my kids in alot less time they were kind and caring. Now they have a large back log and your child is a number. You have to schedule out a month or more. Even for dental procedures that require special attention. On top of all this I find out that temporary fillings are not covered under my insurance. This is my families experience judge me all you want, but we will not be going back. Now I have to find a dentist that can complete my little guys fillings.

My daughter has been getting her dental work done here for years. They are always friendly and do a great job. She just had her braces removed today and we are very happy with her orthodontic care. Her teeth look great and the cost was reasonable. Thanks to Dr. Caesar and all of the talented staff at Kids Care Dental and Orthodontics in Manteca for making my daughters experience a pleasant one!

Hands down the best place to take your little ones! The staff give my children the utmost care and communication between parents and staff is great. A huge plus is their knowledge and experience working with children on the autism spectrum. It makes office visits much more easier for my family as a whole.
