We recently moved here from the bay area and we are very impressed with Kids Care Dental. The staff are very friendly, listen to what you have to say and communicate next steps. The office is beautiful and everyone is good with making sure the kids feel comfortable. Dr. G. was very reasonable. His intent is to do what's best for the child and does not push to conduct unneeded services. I'm very impressed and we will be returning for the next cleaning.

We went to this office and they didn't collect my insurance information correctly and they called me almost a month later to let me know I have a balance of more than 150 dollars, instead of checking the 2 weeks before the appt. Awful experience I do not recommend them.

Great experience start to finish. Kids loved their balloon animals and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They confirmed what we expected(lots of cavities), but they were very understanding and provided several options. We have since returned for multiple treatment appointments and all went very smoothly. Wish I had this dentist when I was growing up.

I don't know if they have new staff but I have always talk many wonders about this place but today after my mom took my son to his 6 month appointment I was beyond disappointed. For starters they wanted to send them home saying that he didn't had any insurance, I had to talk to them and basically tell them how to look him up. After a while they found him the appointment was at 1:30pm my mom arrived there at 1:15pm and they got out of there around 3:00pm something that I never expected since the whole years I been going there they have been super quick with all my kids. Overall they either need to retrain the new staff or the old staff is getting rusty. Thinking about changing my kids to western dental since they're basically comparing them self with them with the time they took for service today. Very very disappointed

Staff is always so welcoming and they're on it!!! They get straight to the point without beating around the bush. They're awesome and thanks to them my two little boys love going to the dentist

The Lodi facility will take the time to be very helpful in three important areas: 1) finding and arranging appointments 2) providing quality dental care, and 3) even having the actual dentist call back the parent to discuss further treatments. My Rating: FIVE STARS!

Great place to take the kiddos. It has been a while since my son had been to the dentist but this place made it that much easier to get back into it . All the extra things they have for the kids entertainment, to welcoming new children on a sign, it's just an amazing moral all around .

Professional, safe, fast, and most of all amazing with our twins. Our kids are anxious about any medical appointment but look forward to going to the dentist. Couldn't recommend enough

Highly disappointed. My children were discriminated due to their mental health condition. My children were in full compliance of wearing a full face shield, but were denied services after waiting an entire year to have their teeth cleaned due to the office's "busy schedule".
