My daughter's first dental appointment went very well here! The staff made us feel welcome and they made going to the dentist fun for my little one. Definitely recommend!

Very clean facility. Had to wait a bit and the kids were restless. But it was a first appointment so we had to get paperwork figured out. But once we were in the staff and the doctor were very nice and pleasant.

I found out about this location when the opened across from my.workplace. My 4yo was visiting the dentist for the first time. From the moment we entered we felt welcome. Even had her name in the welcome board. Every person we spoke with today from the front doors to the dentist herself were warm and friendly day and wonderful with my daughter. I would highly recommend this clinic to all children.

Unfortunately I had a bitter experience with Kids Care. Communication from Kids care staff requires lot of improvement. Couple of incidents caused bitter experience for me. 1. Had called them requesting for an appointment but i got a call back only after 3 weeks. 2. Finally after 3 weeks got an appointment and person confirms 'X' amount as co payment whereas during the actual visit they say 'X+Y' amount. Kids care has good dentists but looks like front office folks need to improve or get trained to handle customers in a better way.

My kids first dental appt with kids care was great. The staff beginning with the front desk to Dr. Anu was fantastic. Everyone was patient, kind, thorough and down to Earth. I am also happy to see such an open office. No hiding behind walls. I was able to stay with both my nervous children. Definitely coming back!!!

Great experience! They made us feel welcomed and my kids loved it there! That says a lot for a dentist's office! It was our first visit and my kids are not at all worried about going back next time! It didn't hurt that there were no cavities!

Front staff was amazing. Everything ran on schedule! I have a 2 and 1 year old they where able to accommodate both one after the other. The doctors voice was so soothing and made my babies feel so comfortable. Will definitely recommend family and friends.

Kids Care Dental is amazing! They were very kind, patient, and warm to my son. The dentist can be a stressful time for small kids, but my son didn't have a problem at all! I very much recommend!

Sharon the hygienist and Sarah from the Pleasanton office are great. I was very impressed with the dentist at the Livermore location. She was through and SO great with my children.

My kids (ages 3 & 5) love going here. The staff is patient and kind as they informed my kids what was going to happen throughout their visit as it was happening. This made my kiddos feel comfortable. It was a great experience. Also, the doctor was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. Excellent service here.
