My daughters first appointment for the dentist was here. The dentist and the team were amazing. They were so gentle. They offer toys and balloons at the end of the visit. Also it's conveniently located at the Veranda.

Today was our first visit at kids care dental and Ortho! I love this place! I wish they would also take adults! My children are ages 7 and 10, can you believe I've never taken them to a pediatric dentist!!! I've always brought them to general dentists, where we would all go to the same place. They were at a general dentist and it turns out; once they actually have problems, like cavities, the general dentists do not feel comfortable doing children's fillings and procedures, so I was referred out to find a pediatric dentist for my children. I am so grateful that they accept our insurance of TRICARE!! I was searching around for a pediatric dentist and I was going to be paying over $2000 for the cavities he needed filled; finally another military family recommended this place and I was delighted and grateful that they accept TRICARE insurance! For all those that are reading this and do not know what TRICARE is: it's military insurance. Believe it or not, not many dentists except military insurance, go figure, so much for supporting the military and their families. This office is brand new and it has so much character! Place is fun to come into, the place is clean, and they have an amazing staff, lovely and informative dentist, and I love the dentist assistant! The dentist even gave me a chart for my son so that he could record when he brushes his teeth and flosses, it is dry erase so you could use it over and over again. She was nice enough to even give me an extra to take home for my daughter who will be scheduling her first visit in six months. They have a brushing station for two different child heights. I'm already looking forward to the next visit!

Wonderful! Loved Dr. Kim and Sarah, they were truly amazing and handled my six year old who really struggled. She needed extra care and Dr. Kim never made me feel guilty, shamed, or pushed me to do dental treatment I didn't want. Her bedside manner was wonderful. Highly recommend them.

The staff are amazing..Marcela was very professional and efficient..Sarah & Dr. Kim were both great..they handled my daughter very gently & were very patient with her. I learned a lot of things about proper dental care for kids being a first time mom. At first I was nervous since it was our first dental appointment. But because of their professionalism & patience..My daughter was just happy all throughout the appointment. Very grateful to everyone there.

Great place, caring and compassionate staff. Very very clean. A little concerning that the facilities are made to handle so many patients at once that privacy is sacrificed. There were approximately 10 dental chairs lined up about 5 feet apart without any partitions. My two children were in a chair receiving assessment and treatment within 5 feet of another lady and her child. I could easily see if there was bad news being emparted that it would be embarrassing to be without the privacy of an enclosed space.
