I have been taking my son to Kids Care Dental for two years and I wouldn't change a thing about them. The receptionist are professional and informative. Dr. Sue truly shows that she cares about her patients. She explains thoroughly whenever I have any questions or concerns. Every dental visit, Dr. Sue has been so sweet with my son that he enjoys going to the dentist. Keep up the great work Kids Care Dental!

Lowered my rating due to front desk staff. Appointment scheduling nightmare. Highly unprofessional, unorganized and annoying to work with.

Never again ! Unless you want to get a bad experience . The front desk is no professional at all. It was a really bad experience, and there was no experience in doing things. But Dr Su is fine . When you choose dentistry, you must look at everyone's evaluation before making a decision.

I have been going to this dental clinic for a few times already for 2 of my younger kids. Unfortunately, todays visit was a HORRIBLE experience for my child and myself. While my son is crying in pain/scared you have 'someone' trying to ask you for payment to use a 'jacket' to restrain your child to ensure his safety for the procedure. On top of seeing your child in pain and dealing with the stress of being unable to help your child, you have to deal with rude unprofessional staff trying to make sure they get paid FIRST instead of ensuring my child's safety and comfort before getting the job done as painless and quickly as possible. This 'conversation' about payment should have been taken care of prior to starting the procedure if it was company policy to pay first before the treatment. For $50, I wont jeopardize my son's comfort/safety. But if procedure has started the MAIN priority should be is to do the procedure as quickly as possible because you have a crying child in pain and stress out from the commotion the staff are causing. HORRIBLE customer service. Most of the staff are nice and accommodating, (especially Dr. Sue and Dr. John) but if you have ONE bad apple, everything turns bad. Very unsatisfactory service.

I love this dentist office for kids. The staff is very accommodating and friendly towards my nephews that I've been bringing ever since they turned 1 years old. They're very gentle with them and always try to keep them comfortable. I am always recommending this office to my family and friends! :)
