We have been coming here for about 6 years. Since Dr.O'Neal started seeing my children we enjoy going. She is extremely kind when she is speaking. It's in a way that my kids will not be afraid calm and happy. She ALWAYS explains the plan and their dental care. Today I only had one complaint the front desk staff talked Spanish and texted the duration of my kids visits. We were still helped they even took the time to copy and fax school notes for 3 out of 5 of my children. I felt it was a little rude to hear the entire conversation that was not work related. (This was the first time maybe it's due to lack of patients in office due to COVID). I always forget the women's name that cleans the kids teeth before Dr.O'Neal but she is the sweetest and so gentle with them all but especially the smaller 3 out of the 5. The art on the wall is beautiful the Two televisions in the room are great as a distraction. I know things are different now but my kids looked forward to getting the balloons stickers and treasure chest gifts after the visit and teeth bag(toothbrush floss toothpaste). I hope they bring that idea back. I want to include my kids range in age 15,13,5,3 and 1. They all have a great experience and like going to Dr.O'Neal. If you are looking for a kid friendly professional place this is it.

This was our second year taking three kids to Kiddie Care. Once again we had a great experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Altmon has a bedside manner that charmed even our very shy four year old.

I am now on my 3rd child attending this Dentist Office! My 22 and 19 year old daughters went here and now my 4 year old son! We've always had great experiences. Everyone is pleasant, Friendly, Kind and Professional from the receptionist, Hygienist and Dentists. We are always seen quickly, they never have a problem with me being in the room and my children have always been comfortable while receiving their services. We moved across town to Chesterfield a Decade ago and we still come here... If that's any indication!
