Dr Kidd earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1989.
Dr. Kidd is a perfectionist and a strong believer in educating his patients to not only fix problems but to also prevent future occurrences. His compassion and gentle touch along with his thorough and detailed approach to dentistry are the reasons for his popularity and success among patients.
I have been in Dentistry for several years and have become very passionate about what I do. Whetherit is assisting the Doctor or running the Front Desk, I absolutely love being able to help our patients any way I can!
Although relatively new to the team, Ive been thoroughly enjoying getting to know our patients! I have over 10 years of customer service experience so assisting our patients in maneuvering through their benefits or treatment planning comes as second nature to me! When Im not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family.
I have been a dental assistant for seven years and I love what I do! I care about helping others and I love seeing a patient's smile transform. I like to ease the anxiety of the patient and build trust. In addition to being a dental assistant, I am a mother and wife which keeps me very busy! Being chairside to make a patient feel special is the best feeling in the world. Im so very passionate in what I do!
I have practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 30 years. Throughout my career I've worked in Education and Administration; but my passion is Clinical Dental Hygiene. My area of focus is treating and preventing Periodontal Disease. I take great pleasure in educating my patients on the importance of healthy teeth and gums.
I have been in the field since 2015 and my number one goal is to help patients get the dental care they need. I conduct oral screenings, provide various types of cleanings and educate my patients about the importance of oral health care. I am Nitrous/Oxide and Local Anesthesia certified.I believe that happiness begins with a smile.

WOW! I was totally blown away during my visit today. The dental hygienist, Monica, was more knowledgeable than most dentists I've been to. Also, Dr. Kidd was great at explaining the procedures I need to get done and by far is the best medical professional I've interacted with.

I showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment to be told I didn't have one and also being told I wasn't in the system which I knew I was because I was here 2017 and when making the appointment the young lady verified I was there. After not getting much help from the ladies behind the desk I walked outside to pull up the date and time of my appointment. When I went back in to show I made my appointment with this office the lady comes from the back and said oh we found you in our system but you have to pay $40 for a missed appointment in 2018 again, I haven't even been to this office since early 2017 so now I have lost 3 hours of pay from work and I am being told I have to pay a missed appointment cost with not an apology or admit of wrong doing I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Dr. Kidd and his entire staff are the absolute best! After many bad experiences with previous dental centers, we have found our home. Been coming here for 3 years. The entire staff makes me and my family feel like we're their family. Not only are they professional and warm, but they truly do have our best interest @ heart and they take great care of us. No anxiety or painful procedures. We love them!

The entire staff is friendly and professional. You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They treat you like family and work hard to make you feel completely comfortable as they take the time to both explain and answer any questions about either your current, and, or future treatment plan. Consumate professionals in every sense of the word.

Went here and was initially told that I had 2 cavities that needed filling. When I arrived for the follow-up appointment for filling the cavities, I was walked to the dentist chair (after waiting in the lobby for roughly 25 minutes), then waited for 45 minutes in the chair as Dr. Kidd FINALLY came over and then told me about the type of filling they used and reassured me that the procedure would not be any issue. He then proceeded to tell me that he would not even do the filling that day, even though that was literally the one and only reason I had came. Receptionist then told me that it would be a MONTH before they could fit me in the schedule. A MONTH! 2 weeks later, I went to another dentist, who informed me that my teeth were completely free of cavities!! I could not believe it, no cavities at all! So if you do go to Dr. Kidd, please get a second opinion with another one, or just skip the whole thing and go to another dentist. I recommend Dr. Campbell in Livonia, MI. He is the most professional, quality dentist I have ever encountered. Also be advised that Dr. Kidd's office is providing free gift cards for reviews on here, so take these other reviews with a grain of salt. I can't give this place one star just because the hygienists are VERY friendly and do great work, so I'll go with a 2 star.

Horrible place. Lobby looks decent but all equipment used is old and scetchy. Doctor and hygienist were rude and acted like they knew everything and any question I asked was dumb. Highly disappointed. Would never recommend this place to anyone. 2 thumbs down!!!!

Dr. Crayton Kids has been treating my entire family of little ones for years. The staff is so caring and gentle with them. My kids are always happy when they leave. He does excellent dental work. The staff is very professional, punctual, and thorough with all my needs. I am going on 13 years as a patient of Dr. Kidd, we love his work.

I recently took my 6 year old daughter for a cleaning at this office and I was very impressed! She was a first time patient, and all of the staff were friendly and professional and really made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole visit. The office is clean and updated and they took our insurance. I would recommend Dr. Kidd to all of the moms I know! -Fiona Salama
