This is not a kid friendly dental at all. We had a bad dental experience here. Never taking my kids back here Again.

For starters I went August 6th for a cleaning, cleaning was okay... got another date for the 10th at 12 to fix another problem I have woman at the front says that i'm not supposed to be there that they are on break that there's one doctor who's working on someone and will be a minute but she told me I was fine that they could still do it even though the paper they gave me on the 6th does infact say 8/10/22 @ 12:00am crazy right?, well the times now 12:49 they call my name okay should be able to get my stuff done no harm right? she then proceeded to tell me the doctor left and won't be back. won't be going back to kidsmile had they of done their job the first time I wouldn't of had to come back. find a better dentist good luck.

After the traumatic incident me and my children had at Kid Smiles on July 5 2022 I took my kids to Triad Kids Dental in Thomasville on July 7 2022 and found out that my son has fragments of the teeth Kid Smiles pulled months ago lodged in his gums causing problems. They destroyed my daughters teeth that had nothing wrong with them. And now both of my children need extreme Dental surgery at the hospital in Greensboro to fix and remove most of their teeth to fix the severe damage and harm Kid Smiles caused them. If you love your kids please do not take them to this dentist for any reason ever. And to the owner of Kid Smiles: enjoy your malpractice lawsuit.

They never seem to be able to make an appointment at a time when some one will be here. I have done this here multiple times gotten my son from school early to show up and be told that no one is here for my appointment time and have to reschedule it again!!! You probably should train your employees how to accurately schedule for your business

Never go to KidSmiles! The office makes the next check up appointment automatically when you go for a cleaning. I brought my kids for this appointment (again set up automatically by the office) and was told they didn't have appointments scheduled. I even had the card provided by the office showing date and time. The office staff was not a accommodating at all and let me know that we would have to wait at least an hour for them to verify insurance before my kids could be seen. We wasted so much time going to this appointment and couldn't wash it an additional hour. The staff was rude and started it wasn't their fault as they didn't work there six months ago when the appointments were made. Aside from this, the office staff is very cold towards their patients and it's very impersonal. They treat your kids like they're only a money making set of teeth. It feel has like an assembly line.

I don't recommend this dentist office to anyone with children. The staff is horrible! They seem to never know why you are there. You would think they are trained to base off their schedules, and notes to know who all the patients are and WHY they are at the office! The X-Ray technician is always in a bad mood, and looks like she just got out of bed. Hope the office can use all of these reviews as constructive criticism and grow from it. Start by hiring educated employees who LOVE their jobs!

Usually, I never write reviews but this made me do it, because I have been coming here for a year and every time I come to this kid smiles after the check in they always make you wait for more than 1 hour. Right now I have been waiting for 2 hours since he numbed my mouth and he still haven't came back to fix my teeth. My appointment was at 1:40 pm and now it the time is 3:22 pm still waiting....

They called me and told me to come at 1pm then comes appointment day and they said it was 12:40 and said I would have to wait over a hour for something that's not my fault if, they told me the wrong time I don't see why I have to wait.

WORST PLACE EVER !!!!! Most incompetent unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. There is always a problem every time you visit. Don't hold your breath for an apology either because you won't get one. The kids are lined up sometimes in groups larger than 10 at a time to be seen. The hygienist and the dentist do not even introduce themselves. Just start working and then quickly on to the next child. Your child is only a number to them.

This office is the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to. How do you book 20 or more kids at the same time is ridiculous. This is most definitely my last time bringing my kids here.

When I was about 7 years old I went to kid smiles, they made up the fact I had cavities and also would take me to a room where they claimed my parents could not come back there with me to, long story short they strapped me down and handled my teeth in a hurtful way, they also gave my siblings laughing gas and did the same.

When i was younger I would always go to this dentist. I didn't have cavities but they would always say I did, my mom says they were trying to milk more money from us. They'd say that I had 8 cavities (which I didnt) and they would still numb me but not do any fillings since i had no cavities but would still charge for them and would even put crowns on my teeth. Another bad thing that happened here was when they said I had a loose tooth and took me to a back room and strapped me down and without numbing me they took out my tooth that wasn't loose with some type of wrench thing. They were also always rough here. This is a terrible place and should definitely be shut down.

Had a appointment at 1040am 5 people in office front but I waited 10 mins for Check in just to be told we be waiting 45 mins this is bad. My son just needed to have a tooth looked at to make sure it wasn't puhing on his new tooth they have about 36 people in this waiting room as I type this it is very sad that you wait this long and y not tell on the phone that I was going to be waiting... I recommend Winston if u can make the drive or Greensboro this place is bad I didn't never know until today and reading everybody's reviews I wished I had read them before hand. Update today i am here 12/12/20 for my younger son to have teeth cleaned had a 9am but its 930 now id that tells you anything still waitinf thus office us horrible next year he will be able to seea new dentist thank goodness aa he is reaching adult age and i think its rime to move on which he is glad ro be hope this dentist improves there office and waiting area are disgusting.

I took my daughter kid smiles to fix her chipped tooth and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Lamboy exceeded my expectations. He was professional and personable. He went above and beyond explaining the procedure, maintenance, and possible future replacement. Thank you Dr. Lamboy.
