If I could give -1 stars, I would. I scheduled an exam appointment for my child. When we arrived, we were taken to a bay where there was a "cleaning" set-up. I told the assistant we were only there for an exam but the assistant acted clueless even with the detailed schedule in front of her. I agreed to the cleaning because my child was, in fact, due. The assistant, not a hygienist, only polished my son's teeth. She NEVER picked up a scaler. NOT ONCE. I have been a trained dental assistant since 1998. I have assisted in various specialties, as a civilian, for the military, and in various countries. I know that even children have buildup anywhere there are salivary glands/ducts. A scaler should have been used! I looked down the bay where the actual hygienist was cleaning another child's teeth. That child received a thorough cleaning! The assistant took X-rays and touched all over the lead apron with the same gloves she used in my son's mouth. Infection control was horrible. The assistant brought the X-rays up on the screen. I could see that my child had a cavity on a deciduous(baby) tooth and the beginning of a cavity on an adult tooth. When the doctor did the exam, she quickly (not thoroughly) scaled areas the assistant should have scaled. She then said that my son was good to go. NOT ONCE did she mention the cavity or the beginning cavity! They charged me for a full cleaning! When I asked about the "cleaning" I was told that all of the assistants are trained to do cleanings. Obviously that assistant needed to go back to training because that cleaning was substandard. I'm not sure what happened but this used to be a nice place. The only issue I ever had in the past was an assistant taking a bitewing x-ray instead of a periapical x-ray....which they tried to charge me for until I said something. I feel they placed my child in the seat to pressure me into getting a cleaning... and that cleaning was garbage. We will NOT be back! DO BETTER!!!!!

Update: 08/30/2022 Practice Manager handled the billing issue and processed my refund. Update: 08/23/2022 still waiting on our refund!!! Meanwhile....they try to send us another bill! If you just need teeth cleaned, service is great...otherwise find another Dentist office! Dentist (Kerri) could not complete her job for a simple filling. Started on both my children and didn't complete the work. I was charged for my son and wasted a day off work to get nothing done. Kerri's numbing technique was awful to say the least and was the start of the problems here. Billing has also been an issue. They have tried to overcharge me on multiple occasions. Still waiting on a refund for more than 4 months now. I received a call two weeks after our last visit to be told both my children needed another Dentist for work this office should have been able to complete.

These wonderful people have helped me raise 2 dentist loving kiddos. They are so patient and kind to my wiggly toddler and take time to answer every last question for my inquisitive elementary schooler. Special shout out to Gloria, Kilye & Allison!

Kid's Dentistree has a great environment for kids while they waiting (which it's less than 8mins) and It counts with well-trained staff to work with toddlers. My 4 years can get a little challenging but they were able to work with him.

Great, kid--friendly dentist your kids will love! My kids literally can't wait to go and run to the dental assistants. We've been going to the RH Dentistree for over 13 years. All our kids enjoy it! Ages 5, 8, 11, & 14.

We had a great experience today at Kids Dentistree! It was our first time for my 2 kids and they did great! Everyone is so nice and the facility is so clean and up to date! The loved watching Wreck It Ralph while they got their teeth cleaned. No cavities!! Thank you staff at Kids Dentistree!

This is the first dentist visit my 4 year old sat for a full cleaning and X-rays with no problems. They made her feel so comfortable and let her know what was going to happen every step of the way! We will be a long-term customer for sure!

We have never had a bad appointment with this dentist office. The entire staff, office assistants dentist assistants and the dentist are all very friendly and take great care to make it an enjoyable visit for the kids.

The staff was so friendly and nice. My 2 year old isn't particularly fond of the dentist, but they kept her engaged and we had our exam with no trouble.

Ms. Allison is the best hygienist--so patient, kind, and encouraging to the kids. And does a great job educating them on their oral hygiene while she is doing their cleanings.
