I cannot sing Dr.Mike and Ashley's praises enough. And truly everyone was incredibly sweet. Our daughter had a very hard experience earlier today and we were referred to Kids Dentistree and they were absolutely wonderful. They worked very fast and treated her as if she were their own. We will continue to drive 95 miles from Clovis for pediatric dental care. Thank you to everyone at Kids Dentistree so being so wonderful and for getting us in and out.

Horrible customer service. Knew I was running a little late for my daughter'sappointment. Called the office to let them know. Voicemail picked up and said nobody was available to answer my call. Entered the office 4 minutes later, and 3 employees were chatting behind the desk. I was told I had to reschedule because I was 1 minute out of their "allowed" time. Guess they don't want my business. I'll be moving on.

Quick and professional. The dentist was amazing with my daughter as she filled cavities.

The worse Dr ever( dr. Jatinder Dhillon) please don't take your kids to her.... She is not a friendly Dr for kid....

HORRIBLE!!!!! We took our 6yr daughter to Abbeville kid's dentistree on 50th today. It was, by far, the most horrid experience we have ever had to go through at any dental office. Dr. Japinder Dillon and the assistant, Hilda, were absolutely awful. To start with, it was during lunch hours and the entire visit felt rushed. They applied the numbing gel and didn't even let it set for a few minutes before injecting her cheek. Of course she cried. My husband and I both work in the medical field and know pain is what the patient states it is not to mention our own baby voicing it to us and them. We told them both several times she was hurting and in pain, it was obvious with her crying, kicking & trying to get up. They both kept saying she was numb enough and the Dr continued pulling at her tooth while Hilda attempted to hold my daughter's arms down while rolling her eyes at another co-worker as if my daughter was exaggerating. Obviously if you're having to restrain a 6 yr old then something isn't right. It was evident they didn't do their job in keeping her as comfortable as possible through what was a very scary procedure for a child. The both clearly lacked empathy and sympathy to be working with children and should most definitely not be working in a kid's dental office.

I decided to go ahead with my review due to the horrible experience that I have had with the dentist office. I took my son in for a dental check up back in January of this year and it was determined that he needed some dental work done(which I expected) so after seeing how he reacted to the the dentist it was decided that we would do a full sedation to limit us form having to come back in 2 appointments. We went ahead and schedule his surgery for March 13 2020 and I went ahead and paid for have of the surgery and was informed by the front fest that I wouldn't have to pay the remaining till the day if his surgery. Well due to Covid coming the appointment was rescheduled to May(which I was totally ok with). Next may comes and I received another call and it was brought to my attention that we would have to reschedule to June and that someone would be in contact with me to set up the appointment. June came and no one called me. July came and no one called me. I called in August and I like spoke to the front desk staff and explained my situation and she proceeds to inform me that there isn't anything that she could do. I informed her that I would like speak with Dr. Batts or the office manager. Finally Dr. Batts calls me and gives me a call in September and says she is so sorry and informs me that she will look at her schedule and call me back to set up the surgery. October comes and still not call back from her so I proceed to call the office again and i speak with the front staff and they inform me that the schedule for October is booked(which I'm am not understanding because i talked to Dr. Batts in September and she did not inform me of that) but she informed me that the new schedule for November would come out on October 27 and someone would call me set it up. That call never came. By this time I am fed up and really just want my money back. Well today the Practice manager calls and refunds me my money back. I am highly disappointed in the establishment and I will never recommend anyone to this office. Now I am on the lookout for a new dentist to see if they can pull tooth(now that has broken) to see if I can get all of this done for my 8 year old son. HORRIBLE IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULDNT NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR.......

I recently brought my daughter in for some dental work, we loved her dentist so kind and sweet with the kiddo! However, the front office staff (the one I dealt with anyway) were very short and rude. For that reason, we have made our next appointment with a different pediatric dentist office. 5 stars for the outstanding Dentist, -2 for the other issues. Unfortunately I would not recommend them based solely on the attitude of the front desk girl.

This place used to be good. Now they aren't. Im sitting in an oral surgery office cause i felt like i needed a second opinion. Come to find out my 1 yr old son had to go under anesthesia and have 4 of his teeth pulled and some other things done. Kids dentistree told me all he needed was flouride treatments. Will not use this place again. Please if you think something doesnt sound right be the voice for your children get a second opinion.

I've had a great experience thus far, I was skeptical because of the negative ratings but they were the only ones who could see my son on such short notice. I must say I'm impressed with how nice the front girl rhenea was from the start and our Dentist, Ms. Farae (god i hope I spelled that right) honestly it's clean they get you in fast and she worked so well with my kids! Thank y'all for making this experience allot easier

Amazing staff! I brought 3 of my kids in to get their teeth cleaned and they had us in and out in a little over an hour. I love the way they schedule appointments at the same time so we don't have to wait.

Great place, but recently there has been issues. I let my boyfriend take my kids to the dentist last Wednesday and they told him my oldest would need three baby teeth removed, but I went today and they told me they see no reason why these teeth needed to be pulled since she's 11 and most baby teeth fall out at 12. That was really upsetting to me because for the most part I love this dentistry, but if this happens again I will most definitely change to a different dentist's office. I wish I would have gotten the name of the dentist who was honest with me about all of this, she was an amazing lady that cared more for my child and myself than she cared for money. She's the only reason we are going back and I'm so glad there are still people like her in the world.

So I noticed that the ratings had droped recently and that Dr. Parrot was no longer there. I was a bit hesitant to take my three year old to get a crown put on but he needed it and we had always had good experiences in the past. We waited maybe 2 minutes before they called us back and got started right away. My son was terrified and started crying with just the x-rays. Then Dr. Fadare came in and put my son at ease immediately including me. She was funny and sweet and just really showed that she loves her job and her patients. I would highly recommend kid's dentistree!

Office MANAGER is extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I've been taking my kids to this dentist for years and now I'm looking for another kids dentist office for my kids... She called me the day before my sons appointment to tell me our insurance wouldn't cover his work I was ok with that and I ask why he has had his tooth fixed plenty of times before and there was never a issue.. She started yelling at me and told me she had a long day so then I asked if I could speak with her boss that's when I found out she was the office manager. Long story short she refused to give me her boss name so I asked her if I can come in tomorrow and speak with her boss she told me I WILL NOT COME INTO HER OFFICE. This place has really went down hill and need some training...

This place sucks Dr. Parrot left and she was awesome now she is gone they also want to charge you a lot for no reason I still get bills I don't owe them a thing.
