A couple issues with my recent visit: They changed paperwork, which does not look like it's meant for kids. They also don't ask for written approval of fluoride. Instead, they verbally told me but i didn't not verbally approve it. My fave doctor left for another location and i waited extra long to see the only doctor. I might be looking to make a switch in the future.

We have been taking our kids to Kid's Dentistree for several years and we have always had a wonderful experience - till last week. My family visited their Middletown Louisville KY clinic (40243) on Thursday, September 29th, 2022 in the afternoon. The lady on the front desk was very rude and obnoxious to EVERY person of color who entered the office. Even our 12 years old son noticed it immediately and asked my wife not to come to this clinic again. This unprofessional and utterly racist behavior was truly unbelievable.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Dr. Heather is the best pediatric dentist I have ever seen or had the pleasure of meeting. They show Disney movies while in the waiting and examine rooms. They have a wonderful reception staff, for instance; my son had a chocolate cliff bar before coming in for work and I asked for a toothbrush and paste so he could brush before he went back and they didn't hesitate. They know what they are doing with anesthesia which was a big concern of mine. My son has had fill ins, a tooth pulled and a spacer put in. ALL were handled with the utmost care. This will be his dentist until he is 18. They also accept passport insurance which is a blessing in itself. If you are having doubts - DON'T.

Dr. Heather is awesome! Very knowledgeable and so great with my boys. All the staff have been so kind and we've always had great experiences.

All my childern love this Dentistry!!! They are all smiles. They are so nice and friendly. I don't plan to ever leave this place! Megan and Dr. Kelly are my absolute favorite! I have 0 compliments. They are so fast and efficient! Highly recommend

This office has staff who are very prompt and professional! Great bedside manner and took time to explain all options and gave their recommendation for what needed to happen! My children will continue to come here, for their dental needs.

This office is absolutely great. By far the best doctors office ive experienced since moving to Louisville! All the ladies that work there are so nicr snd attentive. If only daycares were this good i would leave my kids with snyonr of them. They have gone above and beyond for my children. Ive never had a doctors office of any kind be this good in every way to my kids. The girls that are picking up the phones and making appointments, are super polite and ho out of their way it feels like to get your children in there by any means necessary, if your child is in pain. They treat your child, as if he/she is one of their own. The girls that check you in and bring my kids back and prep them for the dr are so great they play/entertain them and treat your chuldren as if they were one of their own. And ofcourse both of the doctors that ive encountered are so knowledgeable and kind. My 2 year old son broke his tooth over memorial day weekend, so i called the office and followed the instructions on the message. I couldn't believe when the doctor, not an assistant, but the doctor called me back personally within the hour. I was even more surprised being it was maybe 930pm. She gave me instructions and then, to top it off, checked in with me everyday over the holiday weekend, to see how he was doing until we could get him in the office. How much more could you ask for from a doctors office?! I think that is beyond service with a . Thank you all for being so good with my children!

Dr. Kelly and the team have always been exceptional! My daughter had an accident and Dr. Kelly took her time and worked closely with us on long term healing plan and has always been so kind! I can't say enough good things about this team!
