Texting everyone and expecting a reply to confirm your appointment and then canceling appointments if they don't receive the letter "C" instead of the word "confirm" is ludacris. Luckily my time slot had not been filled and I was able to go ahead with the appointment. But over a dozen other people came in after me with the EXACT same issue. Some had their appointments outright canceled. You would think with the insane amount of appointments canceled or rescheduled they would see the flaw in their system.

We had a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with "Dr" Monica. She completely BOTCHED my babies mouth. I will be reporting to BBB as well as other places. I'm in early childhood education and know of several horrible experiences other children have had. She should NOT be allowed to practice!!

I would avoid this dentist at all costs. Brought my just barely 3 year old in. Dr. Monika says she has 5 cavities wants to crown them and sedate not once but twice. To me that sounded very extreme for a child so I start doing my own research and asking around. I got a 2nd opinion and turns out she has only 2 very small cavities that was handled with laughing gas and a filling. Even the dentist she saw was shocked at the route in which this office wanted to take. Not just my child but 6 other people I spoke with had similar or worse experiences. I usually am not one to leave reviews unless need be and this is one of those times. People need to know what is going on that it's okay to question medical professionals bc they aren't always right.. What makes me so upset is she's a great dentist with my kids and had a great experience for years. This isn't okay to do period especially young children and parents trusting you to provide the best possible services to our child not 3 non existing cavities that you wanted to crown on a 3 year old. Shame on you

This dentist is one of the best I have seen in my life. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She understands the needs of a child more than any other dentist I have encountered. She is multi cultured multi lingual and treats everybody with respect. The office staff is above and beyond. They're all kind and understanding. They know how to process insurance claims and eliminate any confusion about a co payment and everything else.

Always a 10/10. I've been going here for years, they accepted my insurance and seemed like a good fit, and boy did they not disappoint! Every member of staff is kind and happy to greet patrons, the atmosphere is bomb. Though I am not a kid anymore, even I can say it's kid friendly, without being a bore for adults. The best Disney and Pixar movies are always playing on the TV's, loads of bright colors for nervous kiddos to pay attention to. The staff always ensure that you're comfortable while being worked on, give tons of chances to ask questions about what they explain to you, bend over backwards to make other appointments for any other work that needs done, and even remind you of when yours are coming up. Though today was my last visit with them before having to move up to the adult mortenson's dentist above them, rest assured that I'll remember the kind and attentive staff that run the place! Though most people hate the dentist, they genuinely made me look forward to the visits!

My daughter is 2 and did real well for the cleaning but then they made her wait another 20 minutes for the dentist. By this time she was ready to go. When the dentist did come, the cleaner had to place her forearms around my daughter to hold her down. I feel like they should figure out a different way as this certainly would have freaked me out if I was in the chair.

The dentist is good, but would not give my grandson excuse for two days out of school, did not like that. He had two cleaning, two pulled and two filled. That was alot and to have to go back to school next morning.

While the staff has good interaction with my children, the communication and and execution of plans is lacking SIGNIFICANTLY! I had heard mixed reviews about Kid's Denistree, but I was determined to give it a chance for myself. However, my two-year-old son chipped a tooth on a toy a couple of months ago. Since then, we have been back-and-forth about getting it fixed and if he would have to go somewhere else in order to do so because they do not put him to sleep at the local office. After being told that the insurance company was not responding and then the insurance company saying they had never even received a call from Kid's Denistree, they scheduled us to come in for an exam. On the day of the appointment, I called because I did not receive a reminder call as usual. They said that because I did not respond that they canceled my appointment. Again, the call NEVER CAME.Therefore, my son was delayed another couple of weeks before getting an appointment. Now we just had the appointment this morning and they are saying it is extreme to put him to sleep so they can actually do the procedure in the office and give him laughing gas. However, he now has an infection in his tooth and the tooth is wiggling. This was not the case when we 1st started trying to address this when it happened. I did not appreciate Being Viewed as though I did not do what I was supposed to do as a mother. I further did not appreciate that my son could have avoided this situation altogether had it been taken care of promptly. My son is 2 years old and has the prettiest smile and now it will not be as beautiful and I am upset about that

The staff were very nice and very understanding, we're very considerate and didn't mind that my son was quite the wiggle worm! The dentist and assistants worked with me and with him very nicely! Caitlin is my favorite!

Dr. Bingham and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. My son is 14 and loves the fact that he can go in by himself. I am confident that his positive experience with the dentist as a child will encourage him to stay on top of his dental visits as an adult.

Dr. Monica and staff are absolutely fabulous. They're all so kind and personable, especially with a rowdy toddler! Thanks a million. I definitely recommend this office.

Thought First appointment was great. After surgery, do not recommend at all. My personal opinion based on experience but I hope someone else has a better experience than I did!
